干细胞龛对成体神经发生的调控作用与机制

【摘要】:正近年来,干细胞成为再生医学领域的研究热点。在中枢神经系统疾病相关的再生医学研究中,研究者们逐渐发现成体神经干细胞(adult neural stem cells,aNSCs)在成体神经发生(neurogenesis)、脑组织损伤修复、神经系统退行性疾病的细胞治疗等方面具有重要的研究及潜在应用价值。神经系统容易受到多种自身因素或环境因素的影响发生神经细胞
[Abstract]:In recent years, stem cells have become a research hotspot in regenerative medicine. In regenerative medicine related to central nervous system diseases, researchers have gradually found that adult neural stem cells (adult neural stem cells,aNSCs) have (neurogenesis), brain tissue damage and repair in adult nerves. The cell therapy of neurodegenerative diseases has important research and potential application value. The nervous system is susceptible to the development of nerve cells by multiple self-or environmental factors
