脑内铁代谢与神经退行性疾病

【摘要】:铁的正常代谢是大脑发挥正常功能的必要因素。近年研究发现,脑内铁的代谢紊乱在阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病等神经退行性疾病的发生发展中起重要作用。本文对脑内铁正常和异常代谢调节情况及其与神经退行性疾病的关系做一综述。
[Abstract]:The normal metabolism of iron is an essential factor for the normal functioning of the brain. In recent years, it has been found that iron metabolism disorder in brain plays an important role in the development of neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease. This article reviews the regulation of normal and abnormal iron metabolism in brain and its relationship with neurodegenerative diseases.
