血清胆碱酯酶与脑梗死的相关性研究

【摘要】:目的探讨急性脑梗死患者血清胆碱酯酶活性与脑梗死的相关性。 方法选取在我院住院的201例急性脑梗死患者,将脑梗死组分为非大面积脑梗死组、大面积脑梗死组两组,其中非大面积脑梗死组190例,大面积脑梗死组11例。选取体检中心健康人37例为正常对照组。对脑梗死组与正常对照组的血清胆碱酯酶及血脂、血糖进行检测。并采用统计学软件对实验结果进行统计学意义的分析。 结果非大面积脑梗死组胆碱酯酶活性为(11083.33±1968.28)U/L,大面积脑梗死组胆碱酯酶活性为(6844.16±2270.41)U/L,对照组胆碱酯酶活性为(9570.59±1641.25)U/L,非大面积脑梗死组胆碱酯酶较对照组升高(P=0.000),大面积梗死组胆碱酯酶较对照组降低(P=0.003)。根据多元线性回归分析,血清胆碱酯酶与血糖,总胆固醇,甘油三酯呈显著正相关(P0.05)。Logistic回归分析提示,血清CHE活性与脑梗死发病密切相关(95%可信区间,P=0.000)。 结论血清CHE活性是血糖,甘油三酯,总胆固醇的影响因素,呈正相关。血清胆碱酯酶活性升高与脑梗死的发生相关,大面积脑梗死患者血清胆碱酯酶活性降低,与病情严重程度相关。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between serum cholinesterase activity and cerebral infarction in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 201 patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital were divided into two groups: non-large area cerebral infarction group, and large area cerebral infarction group, including 190 cases of non-large area cerebral infarction group and 11 cases of large area cerebral infarction group. Thirty-seven healthy persons in physical examination center were selected as normal control group. Serum cholinesterase, blood lipid and blood glucose were measured in cerebral infarction group and normal control group. Statistical software was used to analyze the statistical significance of the experimental results. Results the cholinesterase activity was (11083.33 卤1968.28) U / L in the non-large area cerebral infarction group, (6844.16 卤2270.41) U / L in the large area cerebral infarction group and (9570.59 卤1641.25) U / L in the control group. The cholinesterase in non-large area cerebral infarction group was higher than that in control group (P < 0. 000), and the cholinesterase in large area infarction group was lower than that in control group (P < 0. 003). According to multiple linear regression analysis, serum cholinesterase was positively correlated with blood glucose, total cholesterol and triglyceride (P0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that serum CHE activity was closely related to the incidence of cerebral infarction (95% confidence interval). (P _ 0.000). Conclusion Serum CHE activity is positively correlated with blood glucose, triglyceride and total cholesterol. The increase of serum cholinesterase activity was related to the occurrence of cerebral infarction and the decrease of serum cholinesterase activity in patients with large area cerebral infarction, which was related to the severity of the disease.
