虾青素在中枢神经系统疾病防治中的实验研究进展

【摘要】:目的总结分析虾青素在中枢神经系统疾病防治中的实验研究进展。方法通过用"虾青素"、"中枢神经系统疾病"等关键词对CNKI、PUBMED数据库进行文献检索,分析虾青素的生物学功能及其对中枢神经系统疾病防治的实验研究结果。结果虾青素属于类胡萝卜素类植物化学物,多项动物和细胞实验研究发现其可穿过血脑屏障,且对蛛网膜下腔出血、外伤性脑损伤、脊髓损伤、阿尔兹海默病、帕金森综合征等有防治作用。结论虾青素对多种急、慢性中枢神经系统疾病具有潜在的防治作用,有较好的临床应用前景。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize and analyze the progress of astaxanthin in the prevention and treatment of central nervous system diseases. Methods We searched the CNKI,PUBMED database by using the keywords of astaxanthin and central nervous system disease, and analyzed the biological function of astaxanthin and the results of the experimental study on the prevention and treatment of the disease of the central nervous system. Results Astaxanthin belongs to carotenoid phytochemicals. Many animal and cell experiments have found that astaxanthin can cross the blood-brain barrier and can cause subarachnoid hemorrhage, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, Alzheimer's disease, and subarachnoid hemorrhage, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, Alzheimer's disease. Parkinson's syndrome and so on have the prevention and cure effect. Conclusion Astaxanthin has potential preventive and therapeutic effects on many kinds of acute and chronic central nervous system diseases and has a good clinical application prospect.
