长周期替莫唑胺治疗胶质母细胞瘤

【摘要】：目的探讨多形性胶质母细胞瘤(GBM)标准STUPP方案后长周期替莫唑胺(TMZ)治疗的疗效。方法回顾性总结2009至2015年51例GBM患者,是否接受长周期TMZ进行疗效分析。结果入组患者中17例接受至少8周期TMZ化疗,无进展生存期为24.1个月(P=0.011),总生存期为29.3个月(P=0.004)。结论标准治疗方案后长周期TMZ治疗是安全、可行的,可一定程度改善PFS和OS,但是否临床获益仍需进一步前瞻性随机分组研究。
