血压变异性与脑卒中

【摘要】：血压变异性是指一定时间内血压波动的程度，是外界刺激因素与心血管调节机制相互作用的结果。血压变异性是脑卒中发生风险的强预测因子。BPV也是颈动脉粥样硬化的重要影响因素之一。血压变异性已成为血压治疗的一项重要指标。临床中不同的降压药物对于血压变异性的影响不同，，需选择合适的降压药物达到有效、平稳降压的目标。
[Abstract]:Blood pressure variability refers to the degree of blood pressure fluctuation in a certain period of time, which is the result of the interaction between external stimuli and cardiovascular regulation mechanism. Blood pressure variability is a strong predictor of stroke risk. BPV is also one of the important influencing factors of carotid atherosclerosis. Blood pressure variability has become an important index of blood pressure treatment. Different antihypertensive drugs have different effects on blood pressure variability in clinic, so it is necessary to select appropriate antihypertensive drugs to achieve the goal of effective and stable hypotension.
