卒中后抑郁的流行病学研究进展

【摘要】：卒中后抑郁(PSD)是脑卒中的常见并发症,严重影响着卒中患者神经功能的恢复及生活质量。近年来PSD逐渐成为脑血管病领域的研究热点,国内外有众多研究针对PSD的发病率及其相关因素等方面作出探讨,本文就近年来有关PSD的流行病学研究成果作一综述。
[Abstract]:Post-stroke depression (PSD) is a common complication of stroke, which seriously affects the recovery of neurological function and quality of life in stroke patients. In recent years, PSD has gradually become a hot research topic in the field of cerebrovascular disease. Many studies at home and abroad have discussed the incidence of PSD and its related factors. In this paper, the epidemiological research results of PSD in recent years are reviewed.
