亚低温联合治疗脑出血的临床疗效评价
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of mild hypothermia combined with mild hypothermia in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 202 patients with cerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital from August 2012 to November 2015 were randomly divided into study group (n = 101) and reference group (n = 101). The patients in the control group were treated with routine treatment of cerebral hemorrhage, and the patients in the study group were treated with mild hypothermia on the basis of routine treatment of cerebral hemorrhage. The therapeutic effect, neurological deficit score and activity of daily living score before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups. Results the effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the degree of neurological deficit and the score of activity of daily living between the two groups (P 0.05). After treatment, the score of neurological deficit in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the score of the ability of daily living in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion mild hypothermia combined therapy for patients with cerebral hemorrhage on the basis of routine treatment can significantly improve the effective rate of treatment, improve the neurological function injury and daily living ability of patients, and improve the quality of life, which is worth popularizing and applying.
