Apelin在神经系统中作用的研究进展

【摘要】:Apelin是孤儿G蛋白偶联受体-血管紧张素受体样蛋白J受体的内源性配体,其前蛋白是由X染色体编码的77个氨基酸组成的多肽。Apelin/apelin受体系统在体内分布广泛,参与多种生理病理机制的调节。已经证明血清apelin与多种疾病的发生和发展相关,包括心血管疾病、肺动脉高压、肾脏疾病、肿瘤和内分泌系统疾病等。目前apelin在神经系统研究亦逐渐展开。该文以apelin为主线,总结了apelin在神经系统的分布及其病理生理作用,同时阐述apelin在神经系统相关疾病发生和发展中的作用。
[Abstract]:Apelin is an intrinsic ligand of orphan G protein-coupled receptor-angiotensin receptor-like protein J receptor. Its proprotein is a polypeptide composed of 77 amino acids encoded by X chromosome. Apelin / apelin receptor system is widely distributed in vivo and is involved in the regulation of various physiological and pathological mechanisms. It has been proved that serum apelin is related to the occurrence and development of many diseases, including cardiovascular disease, pulmonary hypertension, kidney disease, tumor and endocrine system disease. At present, the study of apelin in nervous system is also gradually carried out. Taking apelin as the main line, this paper summarizes the distribution and pathophysiological role of apelin in nervous system, and expounds the role of apelin in the occurrence and development of nervous system related diseases.
