原发性全面强直阵挛患者脑网络的相继故障算法研究

【摘要】:目的:利用复杂网络相继故障算法探究癫痫病患者功能上的变化。方法:对15例GTCS患者与15例年龄相仿正常志愿者f MRI数据进行建模,依据相继故障算法对重要节点进行攻击,探讨癫痫病患者功能上的改变。结果:与正常对照组相比,癫痫病患者功能上发生了变化,在对重要节点攻击时相继故障较正常对照组的规模更大,而对非重要节点攻击时,较正常对照组鲁棒性更强。结论:癫痫病患者脑区功能发生了异常。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the functional changes of epileptic patients by using complex network sequential fault algorithm. Methods: the f MRI data of 15 patients with GTCS and 15 volunteers of similar age were modeled. According to the successive fault algorithm, the important nodes were attacked, and the functional changes of epileptic patients were discussed. Results: compared with the normal control group, the function of epileptic patients changed. The scale of successive failures against important nodes was larger than that of the normal control group, but the robustness of the epileptic patients was stronger than that of the normal control group when attacking non-important nodes. Conclusion: the brain function of epileptic patients is abnormal.
