面神经F波用于评估中国听神经瘤患者术前术中术后面神经功能的研究

目的：本对119例经显微手术治疗的听神经瘤（VS）患者进行回顾性分析及术后随访,评估面神经F波各项电生理参数与面神经功能障碍的关系,同时一并分析面神经功能与肿瘤大小,内听道直径（IAM）,术后局部出血以及术前、术中、术后面神经F波参数的关系。方法资料：对中南大学湘雅医院颅底外科中心自2011年7月至2012年10月间由袁贤瑞教授主刀的119例听神经瘤病例进行回顾分析,所有病例均经枕下乙状窦后内听道入路切除肿瘤。所有患者术前均完善颅底HRCT及颅脑平扫增强MRI检查,并在术前,术中及术后进行面神经F波电生理评测。术中详细记录了听神经瘤的大小和类型以及肿瘤与面神经的关系。多数患者接受手术治疗后存在面神经功能障碍。以House-Brackmann （HB）面神经功能分级作为面神经功能评价指标。对所有病例术后过15天,3个月,6个月,9个月和1年的时段定期进行随访,观察肿瘤是否复发,术后面神经瘫痪程度及面部F波的评估。结果119例患者中,1例属于复发再次手术病例,术前HB分级为Ⅳ级。而且该患者术前、术中F波检测没有波形,因此排除,118例纳入统计分析。在这118例患者中,2（1.69%）例属于...
