帕金森病小鼠模型中型多棘神经元突触前功能异常的实验研究

帕金森氏病(Parkinson’s disease, PD)是第二大神经退行性疾病,临床上以震颤、肌肉僵硬、行动迟缓以及身体姿势不稳为特征。黑质致密部(substantia nigra pars compacta, SNc)的多巴胺能神经元的进行性丢失和Lewy小体(Lewy body)的形成是其病理特征。尽管帕金森氏病的病因尚不清楚,一般认为它是多种环境因素和遗传因素相互作用所导致。年龄是帕金森氏病发病的另外的一个重要的因素。在中国65岁以上的人群中,帕金森氏病的发病率为1.7%,和西方发达国家的帕金森氏病的发病率相似。据估计,2005年中国50岁以上的人中有199万帕金森氏病患者。据推算,到2030年患者数将达到499万。随着中国平均寿命的增长,帕金森氏病对我国社会造成的负担已经变大,将来可能会进一步增加。目前,人们根据大脑底部基底核(basal ganglia)的直接通路(direct pathway)和间接通路(indirect pathway)之间的功能活动失调来解释帕金森氏病的病理生理。大脑底部基底核由纹状体(striatum)、苍白球(globus pallidus, G...
