　　目的:帕金森氏病(PD)是老年人中普遍存在的一种神经退行性疾病。体重指数(BMI)较高的患者中发病率较高,而一些报告则指出肥胖是帕金森氏病的危险因素。诊断时患有帕金森病的患者的BMI高于正常水平,随着疾病的发展,其BMI会低于正常水平。因此,有必要在肥胖,生活方式,遗传学,代谢综合征和帕金森氏病(PD)风险之间建立关联。因此,有必要建立肥胖、生活方式、遗传、代谢综合征与帕金森病风险之间的相关性方法:在这项研究中,从2014年01月到2018年12月,江苏大学附属人民医院共选拔了349名帕金森病门诊病人和住院病人,同期有74名非脑血管病住院病人,被选为控制组。根据Hoehn-Yahr等级,帕金森氏症患者分为早期(1²级)、中级(2.5³级)和晚期(4⁵级)。测量并记录了身高、体重、腰围和臀部周长、总胆固醇(TC)、总甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)。还评估了帕金森病的严重程度与血脂之间的关系。结果:帕金森病患者的身体质量指数高于发病早期对照组,但较晚期对照组水平低,早期帕金森...
