ATP生物荧光法评价医疗器械清洗效果观察

【摘要】：目的观察ATP生物荧光法评价医疗器械清洗效果及影响因素。方法采用ATP生物荧光法,评价医疗器械清洗效果,同时与目测法作比较。结果按照本研究清洗程序清洗后的240件医疗器械肉眼裸视法检测合格率98.8%,放大镜观察法检测合格率82.1%;ATP生物荧光法检测结果显示,不同清洗方法、不同存放时间的医疗器械清洗后所测定的RLU对数值之间有显著统计学意义(P≤0.001)。多元线性回归分析发现,ATP荧光法检测值(RLU)的对数值与清洗方法、存放时间呈正线性相关(P0.001),回归模型显著(F=22.38,P0.001),但校正R2为0.20,拟合优度一般。结论该医院医疗器械肉眼裸视法及放大镜观察法合格率较高,清洗方法、存放时间可影响医疗器械清洗效果,ATP荧光检测法检测结果与肉眼观察法差异较大。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the cleaning effect and influencing factors of medical device by ATP biofluorescence method. Methods ATP biofluorescence method was used to evaluate the cleaning effect of medical device. Results according to the cleaning procedure of this study, 240 medical instruments were cleaned by naked eye method, the qualified rate was 98.8, and the qualified rate of magnifying glass observation method was 82.1%. The results of ATP biofluorescence method showed that different cleaning methods were different.
