细胞因子及细胞打印技术与骨骼肌损伤修复

【摘要】:背景:骨骼肌损伤后再生能力有限,细胞因子在骨骼肌修复过程中发挥重要作用,多种细胞和系列调控分子参与了骨骼肌损伤的修复。细胞打印技术是一种在体外构造具有生物活性的三维多细胞体系的先进技术,其在骨骼肌损伤修复中的作用受到广泛关注。目的:探讨骨骼肌修复过程中促炎细胞因子和细胞生长因子的作用,并简述细胞打印技术在骨骼肌损伤中的优势和应用。方法:通过计算机检索Pub Med数据库和万方数据库2002至2015年有关细胞因子修复骨骼肌损伤,细胞打印技术在骨骼骨损伤中应用的相关报道。通过计算机检索到文献146篇,初筛标题和摘要,排除重复研究及不相关的内容,最终45篇文献进入综述分析,结果与结论:(1)如肿瘤坏死因子α、白细胞介素1β、白细胞介素6等促炎细胞因子,白细胞介素10、白细胞介素4等抗炎性细胞因子在骨骼肌损伤修复中起到重要作用;(2)胰岛素样生长因子、成纤维细胞生长因子、转化生长因子等细胞生长因子能有效促进成肌细胞的增殖及分化形成肌管,对骨骼肌卫星细胞具有良好的促进作用,细胞因子之间相互作用对可能取得骨骼肌修复有重要意义;(3)细胞打印技术能够快速、精确复制和重建缺损组织/器官的复杂结构,在包括毒理学研究、医疗测试和为基础科学研究提供试验平台等方面有着很重要的应用,细胞打印技术在骨骼肌损伤修复中的作用将是今后的研究重点。
[Abstract]:Background: the regeneration ability of skeletal muscle after injury is limited. Cytokines play an important role in skeletal muscle repair. A variety of cells and a series of regulatory molecules are involved in the repair of skeletal muscle damage. Cell printing is an advanced technique for constructing a bioactive three-dimensional multicellular system in vitro. The role of proinflammatory cytokines and cytokines in the repair of skeletal muscle injury has attracted much attention. The advantages and applications of cell printing technique in skeletal muscle injury were reviewed. Methods: Pub Med database and Wanfang database were searched by computer to repair skeletal muscle injury with cytokines from 2002 to 2015. Related reports on the application of cell printing in bone and bone injury. 146 articles were retrieved by computer, titles and abstracts were screened, repetitive studies and irrelevant contents were excluded, and 45 articles were included in the review and analysis. Results and conclusion: for example, tumor necrosis factor 伪, interleukin 1 尾, interleukin 6 and other proinflammatory cytokines, such as tumor necrosis factor 伪, interleukin 1 尾, interleukin 6, etc. Interleukin-10, interleukin-4 and other anti-inflammatory cytokines play an important role in the repair of skeletal muscle injury. Transforming growth factor and other cell growth factors can effectively promote the proliferation and differentiation of myoblasts to form myotubes, and have a good promoting effect on skeletal muscle satellite cells. Cytokine interactions are important for possible skeletal muscle repair. Cell printing techniques allow rapid and accurate reproduction and reconstruction of complex structures of defective tissues / organs, including toxicological studies. Medical testing and providing experimental platform for basic scientific research have important applications. The role of cell printing technology in skeletal muscle injury repair will be the focus in the future.
