用于浮游菌研究的微环境实验箱系统的研制

【摘要】:浮游菌是衡量环境洁净度的一项重要指标,然而洁净作业环境与受控实验环境的特殊性往往导致浮游菌的研究比较受限。本文设计并实现了一种微环境实验箱系统,便于在常规实验条件下进行浮游菌研究。Fluent数值模拟表明,浮游菌在实验箱内中上部具备较好的分布状态,并呈现出自下而上的浓度增长分布现象。根据模拟结果,在实验箱内选择不同空间位置的5个测量点进行粒子计数浓度验证实验。实验结果表明金黄色葡萄球菌发菌5 min后各测量点平均粒子浓度均达到了10~7个/m~3数量级,各测量点粒子分布较为一致,且上部浓度略高于中部浓度,中部浓度略高于底部浓度。验证实验结果与数值模拟结果相符,证明该系统能够较好地用于浮游菌研究。
[Abstract]:Phytoplankton is an important index to measure environmental cleanliness. However, the particularity of clean working environment and controlled experimental environment often lead to the limited research of phytoplankton. In this paper, a microenvironment experimental box system is designed and implemented. The numerical simulation of plankton bacteria. Fluent shows that the plankton bacteria have a good distribution state in the middle and upper part of the experiment box, and show the phenomenon of increasing concentration from bottom to top. According to the simulation results, The experimental results showed that the average particle concentration of each measuring point reached 10 ~ 7 / m ~ (-3) after 5 min of staphylococcus aureus, and 5 measurement points in different space positions were selected to test the particle count concentration of Staphylococcus aureus for 5 min, the results showed that the average particle concentration was 10 ~ 7 / m ~ (-3) after 5 min. The particle distribution of the measured points is consistent and the upper concentration is slightly higher than the middle concentration and the central concentration is slightly higher than the bottom concentration. The experimental results are in agreement with the numerical simulation results. It is proved that the system can be used in the study of phytoplankton bacteria.
