义齿清洁剂对热凝树脂材料、隐形义齿材料颜色和粗糙度的影响

【摘要】:背景:研究表明,义齿性口炎的发生和严重程度与义齿清洗方法和戴用时间有密切关系,因此研究清洁剂对义齿材料颜色、粗糙度的影响有重要意义。目的:以浸泡法观察4种不同清洁剂对义齿材料颜色和粗糙度的影响。方法:取热凝树脂材料、隐形义齿材料试件各25件,抛光后各分5组,分别浸泡于次氯酸钠清洁剂、Efferdent清洁剂、Polident partial清洁剂、Polident overnight清洁剂和清水中,浸泡90次,检测浸泡前及浸泡30,60,90次后的试件色差值及粗糙度。结果与结论:(1)4种清洁剂对隐形义齿材料颜色、粗糙度的影响大于热凝树脂材料;(2)随着清洁剂浸泡时间的延长,两种材料的色差值逐渐增大;热凝树脂材料及隐形义齿材料在不同溶液中浸泡90次后,次氯酸钠清洁剂组色差值最大,然后依次为Efferdent清洁剂组、Polident overnight清洁剂组,Polident partial清洁剂组色差值最小,接近于清水组;(3)随着清洁剂浸泡时间的延长,两种材料的粗糙度值逐渐增大;热凝树脂材料及隐形义齿材料在不同溶液中浸泡90次后,次氯酸钠清洁剂组粗糙度值最大,然后依次为Efferdent清洁剂组、Polident overnight清洁剂组,Polident partial清洁剂组粗糙度最小,接近于清水组;(4)结果表明,义齿清洁剂均能引起热凝树脂材料、隐形义齿材料颜色及粗糙度的变化,次氯酸钠、Efferdent、Polident overnight清洁剂的影响较强,Polident partial清洁剂的影响较弱。
[Abstract]:Background: studies have shown that the incidence and severity of denture stomatitis is closely related to the method of denture cleaning and wearing time. Objective: to observe the effect of four kinds of cleaning agents on the color and roughness of denture materials by immersion method. Soaking in sodium hypochlorite detergent, Efferdent partial cleaner, Polident overnight cleaner and clean water for 90 times, The color difference and roughness of the samples were measured before immersion and 90 times after immersion. Results and conclusion the effect of 4 kinds of cleaning agents on the color and roughness of invisible denture materials was greater than that of thermosetting resin materials.) with the prolongation of soaking time of cleaning agent, the effect of four kinds of detergents on the color of invisible denture materials was greater than that of thermosetting resin materials. The color difference value of the two materials increased gradually, the color difference value of sodium hypochlorite cleaning agent group was the largest after 90 times immersion of thermosetting resin material and invisible denture material in different solution. Then the color difference value of the Efferdent overnight detergent group was the smallest, close to that of the clean water group.) with the prolongation of soaking time, the roughness value of the two kinds of materials increased gradually. After 90 times immersion in different solution, the roughness of sodium hypochlorite detergent group was the highest, and the roughness of Efferdent overnight cleaner group was the lowest. The results showed that denture cleaners could cause the changes of color and roughness of the materials, and the effect of sodium hypochlorite Efferdentate Polident overnight cleaners was stronger than that of Polident partial cleaners.
