【摘要】:心脑血管疾病目前是一种严重威胁人类,尤其是50岁以上中老年人的常见病,,纵使应用目前最前沿、最完善的治疗手段,依然有50%以上的脑血管意外幸存者基本生活不能完全自理!全世界每年由于心脑血管疾病死亡的人数高达1500万人,居各种死因第一位。心脑血管疾病现在已经成为人类的头号杀手,是人们健康的“无声凶煞”! 心脑血管疾病具有“发病率高、致残率高、死亡率高、复发率高,并发症多”即“四高一多”的特点。就目前看来,我国心脑血管疾病患者总数已超过2.7亿!死于心脑血管疾病的每年将近300万人,占我国死亡病因总人数的51%。而幸存者75%均丧失劳动能力,剩下的40%特残!我国脑中风患者出院后头一年的复发率为30%,五年内的复发率则可达到59%。在美国,二级预防水平先进,复发率仅为10%。因为我国医疗保险覆盖面小,脑中风患者的复发率是世界水平的2倍! 心脑血管风险因素借助转变动脉壁的内部结构、性质和功能以及动脉血管的内皮组织来危害动脉系统的健康。亚临床动脉病变可无任何症状,仅仅体现为动脉壁弹性的减退、僵硬度增加,一般不会引起病人的重视,可出现这种亚临床动脉功能损害的状况是与动脉壁弹性的减退和动脉硬化的加速形成是紧密联系的。 本文针对现实情况的需求,在ARM11系统的硬件基础上,通过Windows CE6.0进行嵌入式系统的开发,以Visual Studio2005为可视化开发工具,对整个系统进行研发。开发工作主要包括一下两个大方面:内皮细胞功能诊断仪的硬件平台的建立和内皮细胞功能诊断仪的设备驱动开发。以无创的容积脉搏波检测技术对内皮细胞的功能进行评测。 本发明包括末梢循环血容积脉搏波数字化探测装置、自动肱动脉加压装置、可扩展诊断功能的嵌入式系统、算法模块、触摸屏、打印和扩展口等,整机为便携式座机。本发明实现了在血流介导情况下的末梢循环血容积脉搏波的频谱分析,其结果与内皮细胞功能有很好的相关性
[Abstract]:Cardiovascular disease is a serious threat to humanity, especially the common diseases in the elderly over 50 years, even if the application is currently in the forefront of the most comprehensive treatment, there are still more than 50% of the cerebrovascular accident survivors basic life can not completely take care! The whole world each year by the number in cardiovascular disease mortality as high as 15 million people, ranking first in all causes of death. Cardiovascular disease has become the number one killer of human beings, is silent demon people's health ""!
Cardiovascular disease has a high incidence rate, high disability rate, high mortality rate, high recurrence rate, complications "or" four high one "features. For now, China's total number of patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases have been more than 270 million! Died of cardiovascular disease each year nearly 3 million people, accounting for the total number of China's cause of death 51%. and 75% survivors were incapacitated, the rest of the 40% stroke patients discharged residual! China first year recurrence rate was 30%, the five year recurrence rate can reach 59%. in the United States, the two grade prevention level is advanced, the recurrence rate is only 10%. because of China's medical insurance coverage is small, stroke patients the recurrence rate is 2 times the level in the world!
The internal structure of cardiovascular risk factors with the change of the arterial wall, and the nature and function of vascular endothelial tissue damage to the arterial system health. Subclinical artery disease can not have any symptoms, only loss, arterial wall elasticity stiffness increased, generally will not attract the attention of the patient, can appear this kind of subclinical arterial function the damage situation is accelerating the formation and the elastic arterial wall impairment and atherosclerosis are closely related.
Based on the demand of reality, based on the hardware of the ARM11 system, embedded system development by Windows CE6.0, with Visual Studio2005 as a visual development tool, the development of the whole system. The main work includes two aspects: the establishment of endothelial cell function diagnosis instrument hardware platform and diagnosis function of endothelial cells instrument device driver development. To evaluate the volume pulse wave detection technology of non-invasive on endothelial cell function.
The invention includes a peripheral circulation blood volume pulse wave digital detection device, automatic brachial artery pressure device, embedded system, extensible function diagnosis algorithm module, touch screen, print and export expansion, the portable phone. The invention realizes the flow mediated spectrum of peripheral circulation blood volume pulse condition wave the analysis results have a good correlation with the function of endothelial cells
