不同体质量指数正常人的足底压力特征

【摘要】:背景:体质量是影响足底压力非常重要的一个因素,多种不同体质量足底压力的系统研究尚未见报道。目的:检测不同体质量正常人的足底压力情况,为足底压力的应用研究提供参考指标。方法:采用比利时RSscan INTERNATIONAL公司生产的Footscan 2 m平板足底压力分布测试系统,对80名不同体质量正常人进行动态足底压力测试。根据《中国成人超重和肥胖症预防控制指南》中的分类标准,将测试对象分为4组,即体质量偏低组、体质量正常组、超重组、肥胖组,每组20人,进行比较分析。结果与结论:(1)足底各区域压强峰值和冲量随着受试者体质量指数的增加而增大,差异均有显著性意义(P0.05);与体质量正常者相比,超重者足底部分区域、肥胖者足底各区域压强增高(P0.05);(2)中足底接触面积占全足底接触面积的百分比随着受试者体质量指数的增加而增大,差异有显著性意义(P0.01);与体质量正常者相比,肥胖者中足底接触面积占全足底接触面积的百分比增高(P0.05);(3)结果显示,超重特别是肥胖者由于体质量大,其步行时足底压强和冲量相应增高,时间长会造成足部病理性改变;肥胖者体质量大造成足弓下降,中足与地面接触面积增大,易产生扁平足。提示超重特别是肥胖者,要注意控制体质量,适当运动,穿合适的鞋,保护好足,防止足部损伤和扁平足的发生。
[Abstract]:Background: body mass is a very important factor affecting plantar pressure. Systematic studies on plantar pressure with different body mass have not been reported. Methods: Footscan 2 m flat plantar pressure distribution measurement system produced by RSscan INTERNATIONAL Company of Belgium was used. Dynamic plantar pressure tests were performed in 80 healthy subjects with different body mass. According to the classification criteria in the guidelines for the Prevention and Control of overweight and Obesity in Chinese Adults, the subjects were divided into 4 groups: low body mass group and normal body mass group. Results and conclusions the peak pressure and impulse of the plantar regions increased with the increase of body mass index (BMI), and the difference was significant (P 0.05). The percentage of plantar contact area to total plantar contact area increased with the increase of body mass index. The results showed that the percentage of plantar contact area to total plantar contact area in obese patients was higher than that in obese subjects. The foot pressure and impulse increase correspondingly during walking, and a long time will cause pathological changes of the foot, and the large body mass of the obese will cause the decrease of the arch of the foot, the contact area between the middle foot and the ground will increase, and the flat foot will easily be produced. It is suggested that the overweight, especially the obese, are prone to flat feet. Control body mass, exercise properly, wear proper shoes, protect feet and prevent foot injuries and flat feet.
