可动态配置的医疗设备网关设计与实现

【摘要】:随着现代医疗技术的发展,大量先进的医学诊疗设备得到了广泛的应用,这些设备遍布医院的辅诊科室、监护病房、手术室、急诊室。对各类医疗设备信息进行集成,实现信息共享对保证病人生命安全、提高医疗服务质量及效率、优化医疗服务流程至关重要。但是,通常医院内的各种医疗设备往往由不同制造商提供,在硬件接口、传输协议以及数据格式上存在着较大的差异,而现有方案集成效率低下,造成严重的信息滞留。 为解决以上问题,本论文提出设计支持多硬件接口、多通信协议、多数据类型的医疗设备网关,可通过动态配置形成适应于特定医疗设备的消息处理机制,实现数据的自动传输与转换。本论文的主要工作内容包括: 回顾了医疗设备信息集成研究进展,对现有主要集成方案进行了对比分析。面对我国各医疗机构内设备异构情况,进一步分析医疗设备信息集成面临的众多挑战,提出研发可动态配置的医疗设备网关来提升集成效率。 从物理连接、数据通信、句法解析及语义转换多层次详细分析了设备数据集成需求,在对国内外现有方案的集成架构进行详细调研基础上,提出基于服务总线设计医疗设备网关架构的思路,以确保系统的扩展性和独立性。 深入剖析已在工业界得到广泛应用的企业服务总线Mule ESB的消息框架,在此基础上,提出基于Mule ESB的医疗设备网关整体架构设计:将服务总线Mule ESB作为医疗设备网关消息处理及传输控制中枢;设计接收器、过滤器、转换器、发送器各基本组件处理医疗设备数据;通过集成配置工具动态组配基本组件,建立数据通道,实现集成。 》基于前述架构设计,进行了医疗设备网关开发,实现了多种接收器、过滤器、转换器、发送器等核心组件,初步建立了医疗设备网关组件库,并开发了基于网关组件库进行动态配置的集成配置工具。 考虑到心电图设备集成难度大,论文最后将研发的可动态配置的医疗设备网关在该领域进行实践验证。面向某三甲综合医院的心电图设备集成需求,通过对组件配置实现了五种心电图设备的集成。 实践结果表明,本论文设计开发的医疗设备网关可基于组件库动态组配,实现异构医疗设备的直接集成,提升了集成效率。
[Abstract]:With the development of modern medical technology, a large number of advanced medical diagnosis and treatment equipment have been widely used. The realization of information sharing is very important to ensure the safety of patients, improve the quality and efficiency of medical service, optimize the flow of medical services. However, usually, various medical equipment in hospitals are often provided by different manufacturers, in the hardware interface, There are great differences in transmission protocols and data formats, but the integration efficiency of existing schemes is low, resulting in serious information retention. In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposes to design a multi-hardware interface, multi-communication protocol, multi-data type medical device gateway, which can dynamically configure to form a message processing mechanism suitable for a specific medical device. The main work of this thesis includes:. This paper reviews the research progress of medical equipment information integration, and makes a comparative analysis of the existing major integration schemes. In the face of the heterogeneous situation of medical equipment in China, the challenges of medical equipment information integration are further analyzed. A dynamically configurable medical device gateway is proposed to improve integration efficiency. From physical connection, data communication, syntactic parsing and semantic transformation, the requirements of equipment data integration are analyzed in detail. On the basis of detailed investigation on the integration framework of existing schemes at home and abroad, In order to ensure the expansibility and independence of the system, the design of the medical device gateway architecture based on the service bus is presented. On the basis of analyzing the message framework of Mule ESB, an enterprise service bus, which has been widely used in industry, The whole architecture design of medical device gateway based on Mule ESB is put forward: the service bus Mule ESB is used as the message processing and transmission control center of the medical device gateway, and the receiver, filter and converter are designed. The basic components of the transmitter deal with the medical equipment data, and the basic components are dynamically assembled by the integrated configuration tool, and the data channel is established to realize the integration. Based on the above architecture design, the development of medical device gateway is carried out, and various core components, such as receiver, filter, converter, transmitter and so on, are realized, and the component library of medical device gateway is preliminarily established. An integrated configuration tool for dynamic configuration based on gateway component library is developed. Considering the difficulty of electrocardiogram equipment integration, the dynamic configurable medical equipment gateway developed in this paper is verified in practice in this field. The integration of five electrocardiogram devices is realized by configuring the components. The practical results show that the medical equipment gateway designed and developed in this paper can be dynamically assembled based on component library to realize the direct integration of heterogeneous medical equipment and improve the integration efficiency.
