纤维桩导光性对根管内树脂水门汀聚合的影响

【摘要】:目的:评价2种不同导光性能的纤维桩对根管深部树脂水门汀聚合程度的影响。方法:16颗单根人前磨牙去冠后根管预备,随机分为导光组和非导光组(n=8)。分别以i-TFC导光纤维桩和非导光性Pananiva纤维桩联合光固化树脂水门汀行桩核修复。每个修复后的牙根制备3枚牙本质片,依照其位置分为根颈段、根中段、根尖段。测试2组树脂水门汀在根管不同深度的努氏(Knoop)显微硬度值(HK)并计算其相对聚合度,进行双因素方差分析。结果:随根管深度的增加,2组树脂水门汀的显微硬度和相对固化率均呈下降趋势,根颈段和中段2项指标组间差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。导光组和非导光组树脂水门汀在根尖段的HK值分别为33.25±3.04和23.80±5.93(P0.05)。在根尖段的相对聚合度分别为69.89%与50.05%(P0.05)。结论:导光纤维桩有助于提高树脂水门汀在根尖区域的聚合程度。
[Abstract]:Aim: to evaluate the effect of two kinds of fiber piles with different light conductivity on the polymerization degree of deep root canal resin cement.Methods Sixteen single human premolars were randomly divided into two groups: light guided group and non-guided group.I-TFC light-guided fiber pile and non-photoconductive Pananiva fiber pile combined with light-cured resin cement were used to repair the post and core.Three dentin slices were prepared from each repaired root, and were divided into three segments according to their position: the cervical segment, the middle segment and the apical segment.The microhardness of two groups of resin cement (Knoop) at different depths of root canal was tested and the relative degree of polymerization was calculated.Results: with the increase of root canal depth, the microhardness and relative curing rate of the two groups showed a downward trend, and there was no significant difference between the two groups.The HK values of resin cement in the apical segment of light guide group and non light guide group were 33.25 卤3.04 and 23.80 卤5.93 (P 0.05), respectively.The relative degree of polymerization in the apical segment was 69.89% and 50.05%, respectively.Conclusion: the light-guided fiber pile is helpful to improve the degree of polymerization of resin cement in the apical region.
