亲水润滑涂料的制备及在医用聚氨酯导管中的应用

【摘要】:采用含碳碳双键的二苯甲酮类光引发剂与乙烯基吡咯烷酮反应,合成具有光引发活性的二苯甲酮-乙烯基吡咯烷酮低聚物(ABP-PVP),用于制备亲水润滑涂料,涂覆于医用聚氨酯导管表面,经紫外光固化后,进行摩擦系数、接触角、附着力等测试。结果表明,在5 N的压力作用下,聚氨酯导管表面摩擦系数由改性前的1.00减小到0.07,与水的接触角由改性前的86.3°降为18.7°,润滑性和亲水性显著提高,附着牢度达到100%,并具有良好的生物安全性。
[Abstract]:The photoinitiator containing carbon-carbon double bond benzophenone reacted with vinyl pyrrolidone to synthesize benzophenone-vinyl pyrrolidone oligomer (ABP-PVP) with photoinitiator, which was used to prepare hydrophilic lubricating coating.After UV curing, friction coefficient, contact angle and adhesion were measured.The results show that under the pressure of 5 N, the surface friction coefficient of polyurethane pipe decreases from 1.00 before modification to 0.07, and the contact angle with water decreases from 86.3 掳to 18.7 掳. The lubricity and hydrophilicity of polyurethane pipe are improved significantly.The fastness is 100 and has good biological safety.
