氧化锆氧化铝陶瓷复合材料对人牙周膜细胞增殖、凋亡和骨诱导活性的影响

【摘要】:背景:氧化锆氧化铝陶瓷复合材料具有优良的抗腐蚀性、较高的强度和韧性,具有广泛的应用前景。目的:探究氧化锆氧化铝陶瓷复合材料对人牙周膜细胞增殖、凋亡和骨诱导活性的影响。方法:将第3-5代人牙周膜细胞分2组培养,对照组细胞常规培养,实验组与氧化锆氧化铝陶瓷复合材料共培养,培养1-5 d,MTT法检测细胞增殖,Tunel法检测细胞凋亡,免疫组织化学法检测细胞Ⅰ型胶原蛋白表达,碱性磷酸酶染色检测细胞成骨活性。结果与结论:培养1-5 d内,两组细胞增殖、凋亡、碱性磷酸酶活性比较差异均无显著性意义;培养5 d时,两组Ⅰ型胶原表达比较差异无显著性意义;结果表明,氧化锆氧化铝陶瓷复合材料对牙周膜细胞增殖、凋亡和骨诱导活性均无影响。
[Abstract]:Background: zirconia ceramic composites have good corrosion resistance, high strength and toughness.Aim: to investigate the effects of zirconia ceramic composite on proliferation, apoptosis and bone induction activity of human periodontal ligament cells.Methods: the 3-5 passage human periodontal ligament cells were cultured in two groups, the control group was cultured routinely, the experimental group was co-cultured with zirconia ceramic composite material, and the cell proliferation was detected by MTT method for 1-5 days. The apoptosis was detected by Tunel method.The expression of type I collagen was detected by immunohistochemistry and osteogenesis activity was detected by alkaline phosphatase staining.Results and conclusion: there was no significant difference in cell proliferation, apoptosis and alkaline phosphatase activity between the two groups within 1-5 days, and there was no significant difference in the expression of type 鈪,
