嵌入式心电数据采集系统的研究与设计

【摘要】:随着我国人民生活条件的逐渐改善,心血管病逐渐成为威胁人类健康和生命的主要疾病之一,而心电图现已成为诊断此类疾病的常规检查手段。近年来,嵌入式技术和网络技术的不断发展为心电信号的监测提供了新的解决方案,使得便携式心电图机通过以太网接入计算机,实现集中式监控成为可能。 本文研究一种体积小、价格低的便携式网络心电监护系统,将嵌入式心电采集设备通过以太网接入Internet,,通过TCP/IP协议实现与PC机的数据通信,实现心电信号的远程采集。 根据心电信号的特性,设计了信号采集电路,实现了人体体表电信号的成功提取;采用ATMEL公司的ATmega128作为控制芯片,其强大的数据处理能力满足系统需要;选用ENC28J60作为网络控制芯片,通过单片机上TCP/IP协议的移植,实现与PC的通信;客户端利用可视化编程工具Visual Basic及Winsock控件开发应用程序,实现心电信号的远程监控。 本文研究的嵌入式心电信号数据采集系统能够充分利用Internet优势,提升心血管类疾病的诊断效率及防治水平,进而能够为远程医疗、专家会诊等新兴医疗手段提供良好的基础支持。相对于现有系统具有结构简单、性能稳定、兼容性强的特点具有一定的实用性和推广价值。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's living conditions, cardiovascular disease has become one of the main diseases threatening human health and life, and electrocardiogram (ECG) has become a routine method for diagnosis of these diseases. In recent years, the continuous development of embedded technology and network technology provides a new solution for ECG monitoring, which makes it possible for portable electrocardiograph machine to connect to computer via Ethernet and realize centralized monitoring. In this paper, a portable network ECG monitoring system with small volume and low price is studied. The embedded ECG acquisition device is connected to Internet through Ethernet, and the data communication with PC is realized through TCP/IP protocol, which can realize remote ECG signal acquisition. According to the characteristics of ECG signal, the signal acquisition circuit is designed, which realizes the successful extraction of human body surface signal, and the ATmega128 of ATMEL company is used as the control chip, and its powerful data processing ability meets the needs of the system. ENC28J60 is selected as the network control chip, and the communication with PC is realized through the transplantation of TCP/IP protocol on single chip computer, and the application program is developed by the visual programming tool Visual Basic and Winsock control, which can realize the remote monitoring of ECG signal. The embedded ECG data acquisition system studied in this paper can make full use of the advantages of Internet, improve the diagnosis efficiency and prevention level of cardiovascular diseases, and then can be used for telemedicine. Expert consultation and other emerging medical means to provide good basic support. Compared with the existing system, it has the characteristics of simple structure, stable performance and strong compatibility.
