疏水性可折叠人工晶状体的常温加工技术研究

【摘要】:疏水性可折叠人工晶状体具有折射率高、手术切口小、制造工艺简单等优点。然而,疏水性材料刚度低,产品的合格率仅为30%或更低,已成为国际公认的人工晶体加工技术的难题。沈阳绿谷生物技术产业有限公司在提高疏水性材料表面硬度的基础上应用超精密加工机床对其进行超精密切削及后处理,对提高工件的加工精度和产品的合格率具有重要意义。 本文以沈阳绿谷生物技术产业有限公司引进的疏水性人工晶状体常温加工技术为研究对象,主要研究了3个方面的问题。首先,研究了人工晶状体加工机床Optoform40车床和Microlution-363s铣床的加工能力,金刚石刀具的加工性能以及疏水性材料的特性,为超精密加工人工晶状体奠定基础。其次,在人工晶状体的机械加工工艺的基础上,对该产品在加工过程中存在的问题进行研究。阐述了注塑模压法、低温加工法和常温加工法的优缺点。注塑模压法较为复杂,且模具费用高昂进而使用低温法加工人工晶状体,常温加工方法是由低温加工方法发展而来,通过材料改性将玻璃化转变温度调整到10℃~20℃。避免了加工过程的复杂性和材料的热胀冷缩。分析了刀具的插补路径、刀具的垂直偏置和水平偏置、刀尖曲率半径测量误差、误差复映、波纹度、静电充电和切屑等方面对工件面形加工精度的影响,并提出了相应的解决方法。通过加工实验,确定了主轴转速3000rpm,切削深度分别为0.20mm、0.10mm和0.015mm。最后,人工晶状体植入后的稳定性和居中性,受力时压力是否会传递到光学区,影响成像质量,,为此本文应用ANSYS软件模拟人工晶状体植入,植入后人工晶状体应紧贴囊袋,避免术后白内障发生。 人工晶状体加工实验验证了文中提出的解决方法,提高工件合格率。总结全文研究内容并对人工晶状体模拟分析等需要进一步研究的工作进行了展望。
[Abstract]:Hydrophobic foldable intraocular lens has the advantages of high refractive index, small incision and simple manufacturing process. However, the stiffness of hydrophobic materials is low, the qualified rate of products is only 30% or less, which has become an internationally recognized problem of IOL processing technology. On the basis of improving the surface hardness of hydrophobic materials, Shenyang Green Valley Biotechnology Industry Co., Ltd. uses ultra-precision machining machine tools to carry out ultra-precision cutting and post-processing, which is of great significance to improve the machining accuracy of workpieces and the qualified rate of products. In this paper, the hydrophobic intraocular lens processing technology introduced by Shenyang Green Valley Biotechnology Industry Co., Ltd. Firstly, the machining ability of Optoform40 lathe and Microlution-363s milling machine, the machining performance of diamond tools and the characteristics of hydrophobic materials were studied, which laid the foundation for ultra-precision machining of IOL. Secondly, on the basis of the machining technology of IOL, the problems existed in the process are studied. The advantages and disadvantages of injection mould pressing, low temperature processing and normal temperature processing are described. The injection mould pressing method is more complicated, and the mold cost is high, and then the low temperature method is used to process IOL. The normal temperature processing method is developed from the low temperature processing method, and the glass transition temperature is adjusted to 10 鈩
