γ射线照射和反复冻融对于肌腱生物力学的影响

【摘要】:目的:分析γ射线照射和反复冻融处理对同种异体肌腱的生物力学性能的影响,为组织库处理和保存同种异体肌键提供有价值的信息。 方法:在无菌操作下,从5具新鲜尸体上取40根指浅屈肌腱作为实验材料,肌键随机分为4组:1)新鲜组2)γ射线照射组3)反复冻融组4)γ射线+反复冻融组。每组肌腱10根,照射组肌键采用钻60照射25kGy,冻融组肌键采用-80℃冷冻7天,25℃复融6小时,反复冻融4次。最后检测肌腱的生物力学并与新鲜肌腱做比较。 结果:新鲜组与其他三组比较发现生物力学性质明显差异,主要表现在最大拉力、最大应力及刚度。Y射线+反复冻融组在最大拉力、刚度和最大应力方面,生物力学性质与其他三组比较有明显的下降。Y射线照射组与反复冻融组之间生物力学性能没有显著差异。 结论:在同种异体肌键的保存方面上,不建议应用Y射线照射(25kGy)和反复冻融(4次)处理肌键,高剂量照射和冻融次数较多容易导致肌键生物力学性能下降,影响肌键使用寿命。
[Abstract]:Aim: to analyze the effects of 纬 -ray irradiation and repeated freezing and thawing on the biomechanical properties of allogeneic tendons, and to provide valuable information for tissue bank treatment and preservation of allogeneic muscle bonds. Methods: under aseptic operation, 40 flexor digitorum tendons were taken from 5 fresh cadavers as experimental materials. Muscle bonds were randomly divided into 4 groups: 1) fresh group (2) 纬 -ray irradiation group (3) repeated freezing and thawing group (4) 纬 -ray repeated freezing and thawing group. There were 10 tendons in each group. The muscle bonds in the irradiation group were irradiated with drill 60 at 25 kGy. In the freeze-thaw group, the muscle bonds were frozen at -80 鈩,
