灭菌器的温度、压力检测测量方法的研究及验证

【摘要】:灭菌器是种可以进行灭菌、消毒的设备。自面世以来就得到了广泛运用,除了适合各类大专院校实验室和医疗卫生部门试验室外还大量运用于制药、细菌学工业及医疗器械制造工业。虽然灭菌器的应用非常广泛,也有些相应的检测方法和手段但是这些方法和手段都稍显粗糙。因此开发出一套能满足现今测量要求的、准确度高且成本低的计量测试系统和测量方法,对于灭菌器的准确性,可靠性的测量,以满足通用灭菌器的计量测试要求,对于我院的检定、校准工作有着直接的帮助。 本课题的研究目的是根据灭菌器的原理、结构特性,参照相应的规范、规程及满足相关行业、企业的要求为依据,采用当前领先的技术手段和测量设备开发出一套行之有效的测量方法,以满足通用灭菌器的计量测试要求。 本文通过介绍各灭菌器的工作原理,采用先进技术手段、测量方法对灭菌器进行检测。将通过详实的数据、直观的图谱和科学的分析,来验证此测量方法的科学性、有效性,归纳总结出灭菌器使用时的注意事项及高温灭菌器蒸汽灭菌的验证。
[Abstract]:Sterilizer is a kind of equipment that can sterilize and sterilize. It has been widely used in pharmaceutical, bacteriological and medical device manufacturing industries. Although the sterilizer is widely used, there are some corresponding detection methods and methods, but these methods and methods are somewhat rough. Therefore, a set of metering and testing system and measuring method with high accuracy and low cost can be developed to meet the requirements of current measurement, and the accuracy and reliability of sterilizer can be measured in order to meet the requirements of metering and testing of universal sterilizer. For the verification of our hospital, calibration work has a direct help. The purpose of this research is to refer to the relevant specifications, regulations and meet the requirements of related industries and enterprises according to the principle and structural characteristics of sterilizers. A set of effective measurement methods are developed by using the leading technical means and measuring equipment to meet the requirements of metering and testing of the universal sterilizer. This paper introduces the working principle of each sterilizer and uses advanced technical means to measure the sterilizer. The scientific and effective measurement method will be verified by detailed data, intuitionistic atlas and scientific analysis, and the matters needing attention in the use of sterilizer and the verification of steam sterilization of high temperature sterilizer will be summarized.
