基于人体三维扫描技术的人体体积回归模型研究

【摘要】:目的基于三维扫描的人体测量技术建立人体体积的回归模型。方法通过三维扫描及后续的修复,使用三维软件获取了160名成年男性的137项人体测量数据,然后使用因子分析法及回归分析对各数据与体积的相关性进行了研究。结果通过因子分析获取影响人体体积的4项主要指标:身高、体重、胸上围与BMI指数,建立了线性、对数、乘幂、指数4个回归模型,并使用额外的16名志愿者进行模型验证,结果部分给出了4个回归模型的预测体积与实际体积的误差绝对值的平均值及误差百分比的平均值。结论在三维扫描获得的大量人体数据基础上建立的人体体积回归模型计算方便,预测可靠,结果精度符合工业设计的阈值范围要求,该方法在传统空气置换体积描记法与水下称重法难以实施的情况下有着良好的预测结果。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a regression model of human body volume based on three-dimensional scanning anthropometry. Methods 137 anthropometric data of 160 adult males were obtained by 3D scanning and subsequent restoration. The correlation between the data and volume was studied by factor analysis and regression analysis. Results through factor analysis, four main indexes affecting human body volume were obtained: height, weight, upper chest circumference and BMI index. Four regression models were established, which were linear, logarithmic, power and exponent, and were verified by additional 16 volunteers. Results the average value of the absolute error and the average error percentage of the predicted volume and the actual volume of the four regression models are given. Conclusion the human volume regression model established on the basis of a large amount of human body data obtained by 3D scanning is convenient to calculate and reliable to predict, and the precision of the result is in line with the threshold range of industrial design. This method has good prediction results when the traditional air displacement method and underwater weighing method are difficult to implement.
