基于单片机和iPhone的脉搏监护系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:近年来,随着移动网络的不断发展,人们对移动医疗技术的研究逐步深入。iPhone作为一种智能手机备受人们的青睐。同时,脉搏信号作为一种监护人类心脑血管健康的重要生理病理特征逐渐受到人们的广泛关注。因此,基于单片机和iPhone的脉搏监护系统的研究成为当今研究的热点课题之一。目前市场上虽有很多检测脉搏的设备,但大多存在便携性和功能欠佳、无法实时监护和显示脉搏波形以及传输脉搏数据等问题。因此,研制一款性能优越、功能强大、经济适用的移动医疗脉搏监护系统显得尤为重要。本文的主要工作就是研究设计并实现了一种基于单片机和iPhone的脉搏监护系统。 本文对市场现有的一些脉搏监护设备进行了充分的调查与研究,在此基础上提出了本文所实现的系统的设计思想。本系统实现的主要功能包括测量脉搏信号、网络传输脉搏信号、设置多种通信端口、实现脉搏信号的实时监护、实时分析处理脉搏信号、设计iPhone应用程序使用户便捷的操作。 本系统将C8051F330单片机作为采集系统的下位机的主控芯片,实现对脉搏信号的采集、调理、模数转换以及串行发送等功能。选取了HLK-WIFI-M03的WIFI模块产品作为网络传输的工具。并采用iPhone智能手机作为上位机,设计实现了脉搏监护客户端的应用程序。 通过实验测试,验证了本系统能够精确有效的采集用户的脉搏信号,准确实时的将采集到的脉搏信号显示在客户端界面上。并验证了本系统具有便携性较大、成本较低、实时性较强、用户界面舒适直观、多种功能集于一体、滤波效果良好、医生远程监护等优点。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of mobile network, the research on mobile medical technology has gradually deepened. The iPhone as a kind of smart phone is favored by people. At the same time, pulse signal, as an important physiological and pathological feature of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular health, has been paid more and more attention. Therefore, the research of pulse monitoring system based on MCU and iPhone has become one of the hot topics. Although there are many devices to detect pulse in the market at present, there are many problems such as portability and poor function, which can not monitor and display pulse waveform and transmit pulse data in real time. Therefore, the development of a superior performance, powerful, economical and applicable mobile medical pulse monitoring system is particularly important. The main work of this paper is to design and implement a pulse monitoring system based on MCU and iPhone. In this paper, some existing pulse monitoring equipment in the market have been investigated and studied, and the design idea of the system has been put forward. The main functions of this system include measuring pulse signal, transmitting pulse signal on network, setting up various communication ports, realizing real-time monitoring of pulse signal, analyzing and processing pulse signal in real time, designing iPhone application program to make user operate conveniently. In this system, the C8051F330 microcontroller is used as the main control chip of the lower computer of the acquisition system to realize the functions of pulse signal acquisition, conditioning, analog-to-digital conversion and serial transmission. The WIFI module of HLK-WIFI-M03 is selected as the tool of network transmission. The application program of pulse monitoring client is designed and implemented by using iPhone smart phone as host computer. The experimental results show that the system can accurately and effectively collect the user's pulse signal and display the collected pulse signal on the client interface accurately and in real time. It is verified that the system has the advantages of high portability, low cost, high real-time performance, comfortable and intuitive user interface, various functions, good filtering effect and remote monitoring by doctors.
