外来手术器械不同清洗方法的清洗效果探讨

【摘要】：目的通过对外来手术器械不同清洗方法效果的探讨,来提高外来手术器械的清洗质量。方法选取2013年5月-2014年12月使用的373件外来手术器械分为A、B两组,A组56件,B组317件,选取同期67件带有管腔的外来手术器械分为C、D两组,C组47件,D组20件,A组采用液态的多酶清洁剂进行手工清洗,B组和C组采用增加预洗环节的即效泡沫多酶清洁剂进行手工清洗,D组采用增加预洗环节的全自动清洗机清洗,并利用目测法和ATP荧光检测法进行清洗效果评价。结果 A、B两组器械清洗后目测法评价合格率分别为89.29%、96.85%,两组器械清洗效果比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);ATP荧光检测法评价合格率分别为53.57%、89.90%,清洗效果比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01);C、D两组管腔器械清洗后目测法评价合格率分别为91.49%、95.00%,清洗效果比较差异无统计学意义;ATP荧光检测法评价合格率分别为76.60%、35.00%,清洗效果比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论预处理可有效提高外来手术器械的清洗质量,手工清洗可提高管腔类器械的清洗效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to improve the cleaning quality of external surgical instruments by discussing the effect of different cleaning methods. Methods 373 external surgical instruments used from May 2013 to December 2014 were divided into two groups: group A (n = 56) and group A (n = 317). 67 external surgical instruments with lumen in the same period were selected and divided into two groups: group C, group C: 47 pieces, group D, group C, group A: manual cleaning with liquid multi-enzyme cleaning agent, group B, group C, and group C using in-situ foam multi-enzyme cleaning with additional pre-washing links. Group D for manual cleaning of the agent was cleaned by an automatic cleaning machine with additional pre-washing links. The cleaning effect was evaluated by visual test and ATP fluorescence detection. Results the qualified rate of visual test after cleaning was 89.29 and 96.85, respectively. The difference of cleaning effect between two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05) and ATP fluorescence detection was 53.57% and 89.90 respectively. There was significant difference in cleaning effect between the two groups. There was a significant difference in cleaning effect between the two groups. The qualified rate of visual test after cleaning was 91.490.There was no significant difference in cleaning effect. The qualified rate of ATP fluorimetry was 76.600.The difference of cleaning effect was statistically significant (P 0.01). Conclusion Pretreatment can effectively improve the cleaning quality of external surgical instruments, and manual cleaning can improve the cleaning effect of lumen instruments.
