婴幼儿视力筛查的屈光信息探测装置

【摘要】:本文主要研究婴幼儿视力筛查的屈光信息探测装置,用于在友好的探测距离下探测眼睛的原始屈光状态信息,并将其转换为可用于计算的数字信号。同时在检测时不需要被检者很高的配合性,是婴幼儿视力筛查系统的主要组成部分之 在以往屈光信息探测所用Hartmann-Shack波前传感器原理的启发下,本文设计了与以往不同的结构简单、小体积、低成本的屈光信息探测装置。以安全功率范围内的红外激光做光源,耦合进数根塑料光纤中,形成数个点光源。将这些点光源排列成规则正方形点阵,并用此红外光点阵在婴幼儿眼中成像,就把眼睛的屈光信息转换为光学图像信息。设计特定的透镜系统,用CMOS图像传感器将此光学图像采集,就得到了可用于计算屈光度的数字图像信号。最后,用USB通讯接口将数字图像信号上传至PC机,用PC机开发便捷的人机交互软件,实现对屈光信息探测装置的控制以及数字图像信号的显示和存储。 本文对本屈光信息探测装置中各模块相应的选用和设计依据作了分析,并通过实验验证了本设计的可行性,符合婴幼儿屈光信息探测装置的设计要求。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly studies the refractive information detection device for infant visual screening, which is used to detect the original refractive state information of eyes at friendly detection distance and convert it into digital signals that can be used for calculation. At the same time, there is no need for the testees to cooperate with each other. It is one of the main components of the infant visual screening system inspired by the principle of Hartmann-Shack wavefront sensor used in the previous refractive information detection. In this paper, a simple, small volume and low cost refractive information detector is designed. The infrared laser in the safe power range is used as the light source and coupled into several plastic optical fibers to form several point light sources. These point light sources are arranged into regular square lattice, and the infrared light lattice is used to image the infantile eyes, then the refractive information of the eyes is converted into the optical image information. A special lens system is designed and the optical image is collected by CMOS image sensor. The digital image signal which can be used to calculate the diopter is obtained. Finally, the digital image signal is uploaded to PC by USB communication interface, and a convenient human-computer interactive software is developed by PC to realize the control of refractive information detection device and the display and storage of digital image signal. In this paper, the corresponding selection and design basis of each module in the refractive information detection device are analyzed, and the feasibility of the design is verified by experiments, which meets the design requirements of the infantile refractive information detection device.
