人体平衡能力评测方法研究及软件设计

【摘要】:脑卒中患者由于器官受损,身体调节平衡能力低下,导致其丧失正常生活的能力。而平衡能力则是他们可以独立生活的首要条件,,所以平衡的准确、客观的评测就显得非常重要。临床中广泛使用的量表法较多地依赖医师经验,客观性较差,相比较而言仪器评定就显得客观、准确得多。目前,力平台主要应用在主动的动态、静态平衡测量中,但由于被动运动测量过程受到被测者视觉、情感等多方面因素的影响,评测结果的分散程度较大。本研究主要做了如下工作: 第一,提出了被动运动下人体平衡能力评测。采用六自由度运动平台对力检测平台和被测者施加不同方向的平动和转动激励,根据被测者的重心波动曲线,基于系统辨识理论中的激励-响应原理,将人体受到重心扰动后的恢复过程抽象为典型二阶系统模型结构,并利用采集得到的重心数据,较精确地得到被测人重心的调节时间。 第二,在计算机中利用LabVIEW软件和MySQL软件相结合开发了人体平衡能力评测软件,此软件具有重心投影实时显示界面、数据保存、用户信息存储和平衡能力指标计算等功能。 第三,根据正交试验法进行试验设计,并且运用SPSS软件对试验结果进行信度分析。最后根据被动运动下人体平衡能力的实验结果分析,找到了被动运动下人体调节过程的特性,从而在临床中可以根据病人的不同情况采用不同幅值的脉冲激励,得到一致的评测结果。 本评测系统中,包含了动、静态人体平衡能力评测以及被动运动下人体平衡能力评测;对静态人体平衡能力的评测指标做出了病例分析;根据试验结果分析得到了被动运动下人体平衡能力调节过程的线性区域。
[Abstract]:Stroke patients lose their ability to live a normal life due to organ damage and low body balance. And balance ability is the first condition that they can live independently, so accurate and objective evaluation of balance is very important. The widely used scale in clinical practice relies more on physician's experience and its objectivity is poor. In contrast, the instrument evaluation is more objective and accurate. At present, the force platform is mainly used in active dynamic and static balance measurement. However, because the passive motion measurement process is affected by many factors, such as vision, emotion and so on, the evaluation results are dispersed greatly. The main work of this study is as follows: first, the assessment of human balance ability under passive motion is proposed. A six-degree-of-freedom motion platform is applied to force detection platform and the subject under different directions of translational and rotational excitation. According to the wave curve of the center of gravity of the subject, the principle of excitation-response in the system identification theory is used. The recovery process of human body subjected to barycenter disturbance is abstracted into a typical second-order system model structure, and the adjustment time of the measured gravity center is obtained more accurately by using the collected barycenter data. Secondly, using LabVIEW software and MySQL software to develop the human body balance ability evaluation software in the computer. The software has the functions of real-time display interface of gravity projection, data saving, user information storage and balance ability index calculation. Thirdly, according to the orthogonal test method, the reliability of the test results is analyzed by SPSS software. Finally, based on the analysis of the experimental results of human balance ability under passive motion, the characteristics of human body regulation process under passive motion are found, and the pulse excitation with different amplitudes can be used in clinic according to the different conditions of patients. Get consistent evaluation results. The evaluation system includes dynamic and static body balance ability evaluation and passive motion balance ability evaluation, and makes case analysis of static human body balance ability evaluation index. According to the analysis of the experimental results, the linear region of human balance ability regulation process under passive motion is obtained.
