【摘要】:蒸汽灭菌技术是目前全世界公认的最可靠的灭菌技术之一,大量地应用在工农业和医疗卫生各领域。蒸汽灭菌具有较高的温度,可靠的灭菌效果,易于控制和操作,因此在目前尽管各种灭菌技术不断飞速进步,但这种广泛使用的灭菌方法在消毒灭菌领域仍占有重要地位。蒸汽灭菌器在国内大中型医疗机构使用较多,必须通过各种方法来保证蒸汽灭菌器的灭菌效果。目前在国内小型蒸汽灭菌器性能要求主要执行医药标准《小型蒸汽灭菌器自动控制型》(YY0646-2008),主要规定了小型自动控制蒸汽灭菌器的性能要求和试验方法。由于YY0646-2008等标准增加了饱和蒸汽温度和时间要求,以及关于使用各种负载的要求,有必要研制符合标准要求的检测设备。国内外主要采用有线传感器直接连接方式,通过蒸汽灭菌设备的专门接口直接穿线将传感器与外部测量仪器连接起来,进行信号采集。由于标准中规定至少同时进行多路温度测量,经常会因为一根信号传输线出问题或一个传感器损坏而必须更换整个传感器模块,既麻烦又不经济。为此,很有必要发展新的测量方法与检测设备,使高压蒸汽灭菌设备的温度值与压力值测量变得简便、准确、高效。 本文开展蒸汽灭菌器检测设备的研究,发展一种可以使用有线或无线方式的多通道温度压力测量技术,选择Pt1000温度传感器和Keller Series35XHT高温压力传感器,并通过软件算法进行温度压力测量误差修正处理,按照行业标准的方法要求,进行检测设备的研究和验证工作。该检测设备具有测量通道多(8路温度测量,,单路压力测量)、量程大(温度测量范围0℃~150℃,压力测量范围-100kPa~400kPa)、环境适应性强(高压蒸汽灭菌环境)、精度较高(温度0.5℃,压力0.1%)、传感器易于更换、实时数据曲线等特点,能很好的完成对高压蒸汽灭菌设备内部环境温度压力数值的采集工作。 本文所设计的计算机数据处理软件可以通过USB通讯接口读取温度压力测试主机中的温度数据和压力数据,并进行误差修正处理,以报表和曲线图的形式导出,便于统计和查阅,而且实现了对数据的在线实时处理功能。
[Abstract]:Steam sterilization is one of the most reliable sterilization technologies in the world, which is widely used in industry, agriculture and medical and health fields. Steam sterilization has high temperature, reliable sterilization effect, easy to control and operate, so it still occupies an important position in the field of disinfection and sterilization in spite of the rapid progress of various sterilization technologies at present, but this widely used sterilization method still occupies an important position in the field of disinfection and sterilization. Steam sterilizer is widely used in large and medium medical institutions in China. The sterilization effect of steam sterilizer must be ensured by various methods. At present, the performance requirement of small steam sterilizer in China is mainly carried out according to the medical standard < automatic control type of small steam sterilizer > YY0646-2008, which mainly stipulates the performance requirements and test methods of small automatic control steam sterilizer. Since YY0646-2008 and other standards have increased the temperature and time requirements of saturated steam, and the requirements for the use of various loads, it is necessary to develop a testing equipment that meets the requirements of the standard. The wire sensor is mainly used to connect directly at home and abroad, and the sensor is connected with the external measuring instrument directly through the special interface of the steam sterilizing equipment, and the signal is collected. Due to the requirement of multichannel temperature measurement at least simultaneously in the standard, the whole sensor module must be replaced because of the problem of one signal transmission line or the damage of one sensor, which is both troublesome and uneconomical. Therefore, it is necessary to develop new measuring methods and equipment to make the measurement of temperature and pressure of high pressure steam sterilizing equipment simple, accurate and efficient. In this paper, the testing equipment of steam sterilizer is studied, and a multi-channel temperature and pressure measurement technology, which can use wired or wireless mode, is developed, and Pt1000 temperature sensor and Keller Series35XHT high temperature pressure sensor are selected. The error correction of temperature and pressure measurement is carried out by software algorithm, and the testing equipment is researched and verified according to the requirements of industry standard.
