臭氧低温灭菌器的研究

【摘要】:目的研究臭氧低温灭菌器及其灭菌相关性能,为实际灭菌应用提供依据。方法通过理化分析和模拟现场灭菌试验方法,对该臭氧低温灭菌器物理化学性能和灭菌效果进行了实验和评价。结果该臭氧低温灭菌器在灭菌舱内平均臭氧浓度为42.24 mg/L和作用温度约40℃的条件下,对灭菌包内聚四氟乙烯管腔内和不锈钢管腔内各100个载体上污染的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢和嗜热脂肪杆菌芽孢均达到完全杀灭;对灭菌包内止血钳头部和电线外皮内侧各100份试样上污染的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢和嗜热脂肪杆菌芽孢均达到完全杀灭。臭氧低温灭菌器所在工作环境空气中残留臭氧浓度均在允许限值以下,灭菌后管腔形器械上未检出残留臭氧。经10个常规灭菌程序处理的不锈钢和碳钢基本无腐蚀,对铜和铝有轻度腐蚀。结论本研究臭氧低温灭菌器具有可靠的灭菌效果,无有害残留物,可用于怕热怕湿医疗器械灭菌。
