口腔印模托盘清洗方法探讨

【摘要】:目的探讨口腔印模托盘最佳清洗方法。方法将120件口腔印模托盘分A、B、C 3组,每组40个,通过肉眼目测、放大镜观察以及ATP检测法对采用不同预处理方法和清洗方法的口腔印模托盘进行清洗效果的评价,采用SPSS 16.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果采用手术器械泡沫保湿剂对口腔印模托盘进行预处理后清洗,目测法、放大镜观察和ATP生物荧光法检测合格率依次为98.1%、95.2%和94.3%;采用纯化水进行预处理后清洗,目测法、放大镜观察和ATP生物荧光法检测合格率依次为93.2%、88.5%和70.3%;采用清水进行预处理后清洗,目测法、放大镜观察和ATP生物荧光法检测合格率依次为85.3%、81.7%和65.6%;目测评价A、B、C组清洗合格率分别为87.5%、92.5%和100.0%;用放大镜观察法评价A、B、C组清洗合格率分别为82.5%、87.5%和97.5%;用ATP检测法评价A、B、C组清洗合格率分别为75.0%、80.0%和92.5%。结论使用后经手术器械泡沫保湿剂预处理,采用清水浸泡5 min+水垢去除剂20 min+碱性还原电位水15 min+热水高压枪对口腔印模托盘进行清洗,清洗合格率高,降低了口腔印模托盘的返洗率,减少了表面磨损和腐蚀,从而有利于延长器械的使用寿命。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the best cleaning method for oral impression tray. Methods 120 oral impression pallets were divided into three groups (40 in each group). The cleaning effect of oral impression tray was evaluated by naked eye, magnifying glass observation and ATP detection. The data were analyzed by SPSS 16.0 software. Results using foam moisturizer of surgical instruments to wash oral impression tray after pretreatment, the qualified rates of visual test, magnifying glass observation and ATP bioluminescence were 98.1% and 94.3%, respectively. The qualified rates of magnifying glass observation and ATP bioluminescence were 93.288. 5% and 70.3% respectively. The eligible rates of magnifying glass observation and ATP bioluminescence were 81.7% and 65.6%, respectively; the qualified rates of visual evaluation of group Agna BU C were 87.5% and 100.0%, respectively; the qualified rates of group A BHN C by magnifying glass observation were 82.587.5% and 97.5%, respectively; and the qualification rates of group A and B by ATP test were 82.587.5% and 97.5%, respectively, and those of group A by ATP test were 82.5% and 100.0%, respectively, and those of group A by ATP test were 82.587.5% and 97.5%, respectively. The qualified rates of cleaning in group A were 75.0% and 92.5%, respectively. Conclusion the dental impression tray was cleaned by pre-treatment with foam moisturizer and 20 min alkaline reduction potential water 20 min alkaline reduction potential water and 15 min hot water high-pressure gun soaked in water for 5 min, and the qualified rate of cleaning was high. The washing rate of oral impression tray is reduced, and the surface wear and corrosion are reduced, thus prolonging the service life of the apparatus.
