飞秒激光与机械板层刀制瓣LASIK对眼表影响的研究现状

【摘要】：准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(laser in situ keratomileusis,LASIK)除了影响角膜神k经营养性作用外,同时还引起眼表的改变,干眼是LASIK后最常见的并发症之一。采用飞k秒激光代替机械板层刀制作角膜瓣是LASIK近年来的重大革新。本文就不同制瓣方法kLASIK对眼表的影响进行综述,对指导临床医师选择适合患者的LASIK术式有一定意义。
[Abstract]:Excimer laser in situ keratomileusis (laser in situ keratomileusissis LASIK) not only affects the management and nourishment of cornea, but also causes the change of ocular surface. Dry eye is one of the most common complications after LASIK. It is an important innovation of LASIK in recent years to replace the mechanical lamellar knife with a flying k-second laser instead of a mechanical lamellar knife. In this paper, the influence of different flap making methods on ocular surface is reviewed, which is of significance for guiding clinicians to select suitable LASIK operation methods for patients.
