蜂窝状聚氨酯支架的制备及性能评价
[Abstract]:Poly (蔚 -caprolactone) diol was synthesized by ring-opening polymerization with 2o _ 2o _ 2-dithioethanol as initiator. The macromolecular diol was added to 1 ~ (6) -caprodiisocyanate to form polyester polyurethane. The structure and properties of polyurethanes were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and X-ray diffractometer (XRD). The measurement method based on Archimedes principle and the universal material testing machine were used to characterize the morphology, porosity and compression properties of the scaffolds. Finally, the biocompatibility of the scaffolds was evaluated by co-culture of mouse osteoblasts MC3T3-E1 and scaffolds. The results showed that the molecular structure of synthetic polyurethane was verified, and the structure of polyurethane scaffold was characterized by typical honeycomb pore structure. The pore size was 100 渭 m, the porosity was 77.2% 卤4.1, and the compression modulus was 299.02 KPA. The results of actin staining and living cell staining showed that the honeycomb polyurethane scaffold could support the adhesion, growth and proliferation of MC3T3-E1 cells and the morphology of the cells was good. The honeycomb polyurethane scaffold has a good prospect in bone tissue engineering.
