中药饮片发药机结构设计与动态称重系统研究

【摘要】:随着生活水平的提高和经济发展的加快,药房自动化也有了长足的发展。中药房已开始改变传统的手工抓药模式,逐渐出现了机械化设备代替部分手工劳动。中药饮片发药机设计是国内外药房机械开发的第一次尝试。传统中医药取药模式是药剂师根据处方信息人工抓取药物,其典型缺点是速度慢、找药效率低、卫生条件较差、人工劳动强度大、称量精度低等,,严重阻碍了我国中医药的发展和中医药房的规模化、规范化。目前中药自动化机械种类非常少,自动化程度较低,体积庞大,所能处理的中药种类较少以及称量技术不完善,所以中药机械有很大的发展空间。 本课题总结了目前存在的各种中药机构的优点和不足,借鉴了已有的比较成熟的药品机械结构,设计出了第一台自动化程度高、出药效率高的中药机械,解决了中药不规则引起的出药不均匀、寻找目标药品速度慢、称量速度慢等问题。设计了一套中药饮片发药机结构图纸,包括回转柜结构设计、行走机构结构设计和中药药箱设计。回转柜容纳中药药箱并具有在Y向寻址的功能,结构主要包括底座、天轴、地轴以及载荷链等结构。行走机构主要包括动力箱、导轨以及电子秤等结构,具有在X方向寻址的功能。 运用等效单自由度系统理论,通过实验手段测定了不同材料以及不同压力下结合面的特征参数,为结构的有限元分析提供结合面数据。利用ANSYS软件对回转柜结构进行了静力学分析和模态分析。通过分析指出了回转柜结构的最大应力点和最大变形位置。通过模态分析得到了结构的前六阶固有频率以及相应的振型,为结构优化提供依据。在ANSYS有限元分析的基础上,运用单位体积能量法识别出回转柜结构中存在的薄弱环节,并提出解决方法。 对载荷链进行了固有频率计算,得出了在不同预紧力作用下对应的固有频率以及振型。并且对载荷链进行了强迫振动分析,总结出了预紧力对载荷链强迫振动的影响,为施加预紧力提供指导。 设计并加工了一套中药药箱实验装置,测试了中药药箱的出药情况。测定不同螺杆种类和不同转速对出药速度和出药流畅性的影响,并提出修改方案。对动态称重系统进行了研究,为动态称重控制系统设计提供了参考。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of living standard and the acceleration of economic development, pharmacy automation has made great progress. Chinese pharmacy has begun to change the traditional manual medicine mode, and gradually mechanized equipment to replace some manual labor. The design of dispenser is the first attempt of mechanical development of pharmacy at home and abroad. The traditional Chinese medicine drug taking mode is the pharmacist according to the prescription information to grasp the medicine manually, its typical shortcoming is slow, the drug searching efficiency is low, the hygiene condition is poor, the artificial labor intensity is big, the weighing precision is low, etc. Seriously hindered the development of Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine room scale, standardization. At present, there are very few kinds of automatic machinery of traditional Chinese medicine, low degree of automation, huge volume, fewer kinds of traditional Chinese medicine that can be handled and imperfection of weighing technology, so Chinese medicine machinery has a great space for development. This paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of various traditional Chinese medicine institutions, and designs the first Chinese medicine machinery with high automation and high drug delivery efficiency. The problems of uneven drug delivery caused by irregular delivery of traditional Chinese medicine, slow speed of searching for target drugs and slow weighing speed were solved. This paper designs a set of drawing of dispenser of traditional Chinese medicine, including structure design of rotating cabinet, structure design of walking mechanism and design of traditional Chinese medicine box. The revolving cabinet contains the traditional Chinese medicine box and has the function of addressing in Y direction. The structure mainly includes the base, the celestial axis, the earth axis and the load chain and so on. The walking mechanism includes power box, guide rail and electronic scale, and has the function of addressing in X direction. By using the theory of equivalent single-degree-of-freedom system, the characteristic parameters of the bonding surface under different materials and different pressures are measured by experimental means, which provides the data of the bonding plane for the finite element analysis of the structure. The static analysis and modal analysis of the structure of rotary cabinet are carried out by using ANSYS software. Through analysis, the maximum stress point and the maximum deformation position of the rotating cabinet structure are pointed out. The first six natural frequencies and corresponding modes of the structure are obtained by modal analysis, which provides the basis for structural optimization. On the basis of ANSYS finite element analysis, the unit volume energy method is used to identify the weak links in the structure of the rotary cabinet, and the solutions are put forward. The natural frequencies of the load chain are calculated and the corresponding natural frequencies and modes are obtained under different pretightening forces. The effect of preload force on the forced vibration of load chain is summarized, which provides guidance for the application of preload force. A set of experimental device of traditional Chinese medicine box was designed and processed, and the dispensing condition of traditional Chinese medicine box was tested. The effects of different screw types and rotational speeds on the speed and fluency of the discharge were measured, and a modified scheme was put forward. The dynamic weighing system is studied, which provides a reference for the design of dynamic weighing control system.
