【摘要】：正无创通气(NIV)在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期、急性心源性肺水肿、急性肺损伤/急性呼吸窘迫综合征引起的急性呼吸衰竭中的应用在临床实际中已很普遍〔1〕,也有大量文献已证实它可以减少气管插管率、住重症监护病房(ICU)的时间、住院时间及死亡率〔2〕,自1989年应用NIV治疗急性呼吸衰竭后,它从最初在ICU中的应用逐渐扩展到普通病房,到现在多种疾病的患者使用家庭呼吸机,并从中不同程度的获
[Abstract]:The application of positive noninvasive ventilation (NIV) in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), acute cardiogenic pulmonary edema and acute lung injury / acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) has been widely used in clinical practice (1). It has also been proved that it can reduce tracheal intubation rate, length of stay in intensive care unit (ICU), length of stay and mortality (2) since NIV was used to treat acute respiratory failure in 1989. It has gradually expanded from its application in ICU to general wards, to the fact that patients with various diseases now use family respirators, from which various degrees of success have been obtained.
