磁吻合术在外科手术中的研究现状及应用

【摘要】:目的总结磁吻合术在外科手术中的研究及应用进展。方法广泛查阅国内外磁吻合术相关文献,并进行综合整理分析。结果磁吻合术用于体内管腔重建简单有效,与腹腔镜联合使用具有创伤小、恢复快的优点。磁吻合术目前已开始用于临床,但其吻合机制尚未完全揭示,且在胃肠及某些大尺寸腔体存在磁体排出难的问题,故仍需要进一步研究和优化。结论磁吻合术相对于传统手工缝合具有较大优势,尤其微创磁吻合术有着巨大的发展前景。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the research and application of magnetic anastomosis in surgery. Methods the related literatures of magnetic anastomosis were reviewed and analyzed. Results Magnetic anastomosis was simple and effective in the reconstruction of in vivo cavity, and combined with laparoscopy had the advantages of less trauma and faster recovery. Magnetic anastomosis has been used in clinic at present, but the mechanism of magnetic anastomosis has not been fully revealed, and there is a problem of magnet excretion in gastrointestinal and some large cavities, so it still needs further study and optimization. Conclusion Magnetic anastomosis has a great advantage over traditional manual suture, especially minimally invasive magnetic anastomosis has a great development prospect.
