基于脑电的功能网络非线性构建和统计分析

【摘要】:脑功能网络被广泛用来描述大脑的功能体系结构。近年来,基于图论原理的复杂网络分析方法极大的促进了脑功能网研究的发展,这些研究结果一致表明人类大脑的拓扑组织具有许多重要的统计特性,包括小世界特性、模块化结构以及人脑网络存在着核心结点等,同时相关研究发现认知功能、年龄、各种神经系统和精神类疾病等因素会显著影响网络参数或指标。 本文研究中,首先详细阐述了似然同步方法的定义和原理,并对其进行程序实现和仿真,验证了该方法可以较好的捕捉非平稳信号之间的同步关系,接着介绍了网络的统计方法和网络分析中常用的参数指标。研究的最后一部分内容包括对上述网络构建、统计和参数分析方法的两次实际运用:⑴针对抑郁症患者和健康被试在情绪图片刺激任务下的脑电数据构建功能网络,统计检验结果显示两组被试功能网络的多个参数指标存在显著性差异,并发现抑郁症患者的抑郁量表得分与网络标准聚类系数之间有显著的正相关关系,总结分析结果本文研究认为抑郁症患者的认知功能损伤可能是由于大脑功能网络中缺少跨区域的传输通道造成;⑵利用视觉搜索实验范式研究年龄、注意机制对脑功能网络的影响,通过对似然同步矩阵的统计分析和相同连接度时功能网络的模块划分,,结果显示出额顶区域对自上而下的注意机制有重要影响,以及颞顶区域对自下而上机制的控制作用,统计比较年轻被试和老年被试的功能网络差异发现老年人不仅需要更多的额顶网络补偿认知功能缺陷,还需要更活跃的大脑右半球网络完成视觉搜索任务。
[Abstract]:Brain functional networks are widely used to describe the functional architecture of the brain. In recent years, the complex network analysis method based on graph theory has greatly promoted the development of brain functional network research. These results show that the topological structure of human brain has many important statistical characteristics, including small-world characteristics. The modularization structure and the human brain network have the core nodes and so on. At the same time the related studies have found that cognitive function age nervous system and mental diseases and other factors can significantly affect the network parameters or indicators. In the research of this paper, the definition and principle of likelihood synchronization method are described in detail, and the program implementation and simulation are carried out to verify that the method can capture the synchronization relationship between non-stationary signals. Then it introduces the statistical method of network and the commonly used parameter index in network analysis. The last part of the study included two practical applications of the above network construction, statistics and parameter analysis methods. The functional network was constructed by using the EEG data of the depression patients and the healthy subjects under the task of emotional picture stimulation. The statistical test results showed that there were significant differences between the two groups of functional network parameters, and found that there was a significant positive correlation between the depression scale score and the network standard clustering coefficient. The results of this study suggest that the cognitive impairment in patients with depression may be due to the lack of cross-regional transmission channels in the functional network of the brain, resulting in the use of visual search paradigm to study age. Through statistical analysis of likelihood synchronization matrix and module partition of functional network with the same degree of connectivity, the results show that the frontal parietal region has an important influence on the top-down attention mechanism. And the function of temporal parietal region to the bottom-up mechanism. The difference of functional network between young and elderly subjects was analyzed. It was found that the elderly not only needed more frontoparietal networks to compensate for cognitive deficits. A more active right hemisphere network is also needed for visual search.
