中风后小鱼际肌的诱发和自主表面肌电图研究(英文)

【摘要】:利用诱发和自主表面肌电研究在中风后偏瘫病人的小鱼际肌的生理变化.通过对11个受测者患侧和正常侧的对比,发现患侧肌肉的复合动作电位和运动单位个数索引略为降低.正常侧的小鱼际肌最大自主收缩肌电与复合动作电位的比值显著大于患侧,表明患侧肌肉的激活能力明显不足.相比传统的针电极检测,通过无创的表面肌电实现了对中风后运动单位变化的研究,以促进对中风后肌无力的理解与康复.
[Abstract]:The physiological changes of hypothenar muscles in patients with hemiplegia after stroke were studied by evoked and autonomic surface myoelectricity. By comparing the affected and normal sides of 11 subjects, it was found that the index of compound action potential and the number of motor units decreased slightly. The ratio of maximal autonomic contractile myography to compound action potential in the hypothenar muscle of the normal side was significantly higher than that in the affected side, indicating that the activation ability of the affected muscle was obviously insufficient. Compared with traditional needle electrode detection, noninvasive surface electromyography was used to study the changes of motor units after stroke in order to promote the understanding and rehabilitation of post-stroke myasthenia.
