活体状态下人脸皮肤力学性能原位测量研究

【摘要】:人类面部皮肤力学性能对面部手术、整容和表情形成机理等研究工作具有重要意义,但目前对面部皮肤力学性能的研究尚不完善,特别是实验方法和实验设备开发等方面还存在较多问题。本文提出一种适用于面部皮肤的加载装置,可精确实现直线运动,并通过微力传感器测量探针与皮肤之间的接触力,得到接触力-探针位移曲线,测得面部皮肤有效弹性模量E*为5.6~11kPa,皮下组织的厚度直接影响着皮肤的有效弹性模量,皮肤组织较薄的颧骨区域E*为9.3~11kPa,较厚的嘴角及脸颊区域E*为5.6~8.9kPa。此外,利用3D-DIC(三维数字图像相关技术)对皮肤表面变形场进行测量,其变形场特征充分体现出皮肤的各向异性。结果为深入研究面部皮肤本构关系打下了基础,也可为面部生物力学研究提供实验数据支持。
[Abstract]:The mechanical properties of human facial skin are of great significance to the study of facial surgery, cosmetic surgery and facial expression formation mechanism, but the research on the mechanical properties of facial skin is not perfect. In particular, there are still many problems in the development of experimental methods and equipment. In this paper, a loading device suitable for facial skin is proposed, which can accurately realize linear motion. The contact force and probe displacement curve are obtained by measuring the contact force between the probe and the skin by the micro force sensor. The effective modulus of elasticity (E *) of facial skin was 5.61kPa.The thickness of subcutaneous tissue directly affected the effective elastic modulus of skin. The thicker mouth corner and cheek area E * were 5.6 and 8.9 KPA. In addition, the deformation field of skin surface is measured by 3D-DIC (three dimensional digital image correlation technique), and its deformation field features fully reflect the anisotropy of skin. The results laid a foundation for the further study of facial skin constitutive relationship and provided experimental data for facial biomechanical research.
