宫腔吸引管清洗方法的改进

【摘要】:目的探讨宫腔吸引管有效的清洗方法,提高清洗质量。方法以2015年7-8月使用后的宫腔吸引管240件为试验对象,分为对照组与试验组。对照组采用多酶超声波清洗机+全自动清洗消毒机清洗;试验组采用改进后的方法,手工刷洗+多酶超声波清洗机+高压水枪清洗。清洗后通过目测法、白通条检查法和ATP生物荧光检测法比较各组清洗及干燥效果。结果试验组清洗合格率和干燥效果均高于对照组。结论使用手工刷洗+多酶超声波清洗机+高压水枪清洗能有效提高宫腔吸引管的清洗质量。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effective cleaning method of uterine cavity suction tube and improve the cleaning quality. Methods 240 cases of uterine cavity suction tubes were divided into two groups: control group and experimental group. The control group was cleaned by automatic washing and disinfection machine with multi-enzyme ultrasonic cleaning machine, and the test group was washed by manual washing multi-enzyme ultrasonic cleaning machine with high pressure water gun. After cleaning, the cleaning and drying effects of each group were compared by visual test, Baitong strip inspection and ATP biofluorescence detection. Results the qualified cleaning rate and drying effect in the test group were higher than those in the control group. Conclusion handbrushing multi-enzyme ultrasonic cleaning machine with high pressure water gun cleaning can effectively improve the cleaning quality of uterine cavity suction tube.
