面向久坐人群的坐姿体压采集系统的设计

【摘要】:随着我国国民经济的发展,社会压力的递增,工作时间占据人们生活比重逐年上升,这直接导致了我国久坐人群数量的持续性扩大。大量研究数据表明,久坐的生活方式已经成为一个全球性的公共卫生问题,对人类的生活产生了严重的负面影响。研究表明,不良的坐姿会引发很多疾病。当人体长期处于坐姿状态时,受力不平衡可能导致坐疮和一些腰椎疾病如脊柱损伤、腰椎间盘突出等。因此研究人坐姿状态下压力分布是非常必要的。本文设计的面向久坐人群的坐姿体压采集系统是预防上述疾病的有效工具,该系统可对人体坐姿下的压力中心进行测量、分析,以期指导人们正确的坐姿,帮助人们预防由于坐姿不平衡而产生的疾病。该系统主要由三大部分组成:压力数据采集模块、移动端数据接收和处理模块、服务器端数据存储和分析模块。本文首先对坐姿理论进行阐述,解释了久坐造成病理学影响与心理学影响的机制,而后进行文献综述,阐述了坐姿压力分布研究现状、坐垫设计研究现状,作为本位后续设计的参考依据。对久坐人群进行定义与群体划分,提出面向久坐人群的坐姿体压采集系统方案,并重点对各个模块的功能、设计和实现进行了详述。最后,本文对系统进行了展示,并使用该坐垫对正常人进行了实例测试,系统可对人体的坐姿情况进行简单的判别,测试结果对比效果明显、合理。分析和实验结果表明:本文设计的坐垫方案合理可行,能实现人坐姿状态下压力中心的动态、实时测量。
[Abstract]:With the development of our national economy and the increasing social pressure, the proportion of working hours occupying people's life is rising year by year, which directly leads to the sustained expansion of the number of sedentary people in our country. A great deal of research shows that sedentary lifestyle has become a global public health problem, which has a serious negative impact on human life. Studies have shown that poor posture can cause many diseases. When the body is sitting for a long time, the force imbalance may lead to sit sore and some lumbar diseases such as spinal injury, lumbar disc herniation and so on. Therefore, it is necessary to study the pressure distribution in sitting position. The body pressure collection system designed in this paper is an effective tool to prevent the above diseases. The system can measure and analyze the pressure center under the sitting position of human body, in order to guide people to sit correctly. Help people prevent diseases caused by the imbalance in their posture. The system consists of three parts: pressure data acquisition module, mobile data receiving and processing module, server data storage and analysis module. In this paper, the theory of sitting posture is first expounded, the mechanism of pathological and psychological effects caused by sitting is explained, and then literature review is carried out, and the present situation of research on pressure distribution of sitting posture and the design of seat cushion is described. As the reference basis for the future design of the standard. This paper defines and divides the group of sedentary people, puts forward the system scheme of sitting posture pressure collecting system for sedentary crowd, and focuses on the function, design and implementation of each module. Finally, the system is displayed in this paper, and the seat cushion is used to test the normal person. The system can judge the sitting posture of human body simply, and the result of the test is obvious and reasonable. The results of analysis and experiment show that the cushion scheme designed in this paper is reasonable and feasible, and can realize the dynamic and real-time measurement of the pressure center under the human sitting posture.
