氯离子对口腔整铸支架金属的腐蚀性研究

【摘要】:目的: 研究钛合金、钴铬合金及纯钛在不同NaCl浓度人工唾液中的耐腐蚀性。 方法: 三种金属各铸造18件经统一表面处理后平均分为两大组,一组测量了3种金属在不同NaCl浓度(0.9%、2.0%、3.0%)的人工唾液中的电化学阻抗谱,根据等效电路的拟合结果得出溶液电阻(Rs)、电荷传递电阻(Rct)、钝化膜电阻(RP)、双电层电容(CPEdl)、钝化膜电容(CPEP)、界面双电层弥散指数(ndl)和钝化膜双电层弥散指数(np)的值。另一组测量了三种金属浸泡3周后表面粗糙度的变化,并用场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)观察腐蚀前后的表面形貌,对实验结果进行单因素方差分析。 结果: 1.电化学阻抗实验: 1)3种金属的Rs、Rct、Rp、np随着氯浓度的增加而减小,CPEp随着氯浓度的增加而增加,CPEdl、ndl无明显规律性。 2)钛合金组:0.9%NaCl浓度组与2.0%NaCl浓度组和3.0%NaCl浓度组的ndl值、CPEp值两两比较无统计学差异(P0.05),其余均有统计学差异(P0.05);钴铬合金组:0.9%NaCl浓度组与2.0%NaCl浓度组和3.0%NaCl浓度组的ndl值两两比较无统计学差异(P0.05),0.9%NaCl浓度组与2.0%NaCl浓度组的Rct值比较无统计学差异(P0.05),其余均有统计学差异(P0.05);纯钛组:0.9%NaCl浓度组与2.0%NaCl浓度组和3.0%NaCl浓度组的ndl值、Rct值两两比较无统计学差异(P0.05),其余均有统计学差异(P0.05)。 3)三种金属比较,在NaCl浓度为0.9%、2.0%和3.0%的人工唾液中,钛合金、钴铬合金、纯钛的Rs值、ndl值、np值两两比较无统计学差异(P0.05),其余均有统计学差异(P0.05)。 2.浸泡腐蚀实验: 金属试件在不同NaCl浓度人工唾液浸泡后表面均发生腐蚀,表面粗糙度均增加。在含0.9%NaCl的人工唾液中浸泡后,纯钛和钴铬合金的表面粗糙度与其浸泡前相比无统计学差异(P0.05);钴铬合金与纯钛相比差异无统计学意义(P0.05),,NaCl浓度为2.0%与0.9%相比,3.0%与2.0%相比,纯钛的表面粗糙度差异无统计学差异(P0.05);其余均有统计学意义(P0.05)。 结论: 1三种金属的耐蚀性随NaCl浓度的升高而降低。 2在相同NaCl浓度的人工唾液中,纯钛的耐蚀性最好,钴铬合金次之,钛合金最差。 3嗜咸饮食的患者,不宜选用钛合金,可考虑选用纯钛和钴铬合金;口腔中有这三种金属修复体的患者,均不宜长时间嗜咸饮食。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the corrosion resistance of titanium alloy, cobalt chromium alloy and pure titanium in artificial saliva with different concentrations of NaCl. Methods: 18 cast pieces of three kinds of metals were divided into two groups after uniform surface treatment. The electrochemical impedance spectra of three kinds of metals in artificial saliva of different NaCl concentration (0.920% ~ 3.0%) were measured. The solution resistance (Rs), charge transfer resistance (Rct), passivated film resistor (RP), double layer capacitance (CPEdl), passivated film capacitance (CPEP), is obtained according to the fitting results of equivalent circuit. The interfacial double layer dispersion index (ndl) and the passivation film double layer dispersion index (np) are obtained. Another group measured the change of surface roughness after three kinds of metal immersion for 3 weeks. The surface morphology before and after corrosion was observed by field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM). The results were analyzed by single factor variance analysis. Results: 1. Electrochemical impedance experiment: 1) the Rs,Rct,Rp,np of the three metals decreases with the increase of chlorine concentration, and the CPEp increases with the increase of chlorine concentration. CPEdl,ndl has no obvious regularity. 2) Titanium alloy group: there was no significant difference in ndl value and CPEp value between 0.9%NaCl group and 2.0%NaCl group and 3.0%NaCl group (P0.05). Co-Cr alloy group: there was no significant difference in ndl value between 0.9%NaCl group and 2.0%NaCl group and 3.0%NaCl group (P0.05). There was no significant difference in Rct between the 0.9%NaCl group and the 2.0%NaCl group (P0.05), but there was significant difference in the rest (P0.05). Pure titanium group: the ndl value, Rct value of 0.9%NaCl group, 2.0%NaCl concentration group and 3.0%NaCl concentration group had no statistical difference (P0.05), the rest had statistical difference (P0.05). 3) in the artificial saliva with NaCl concentration of 0.9% and 3.0%, the Rs value, ndl value, np value of titanium alloy, cobalt chromium alloy, pure titanium were not significantly different (P0.05). The rest were statistically different (P0.05). 2. Immersion corrosion test: after immersion in artificial saliva with different NaCl concentration, the surface of the metal specimen was corroded and the surface roughness increased. After immersion in artificial saliva containing 0.9%NaCl, the surface roughness of pure titanium and cobalt chromium alloy was not significantly different from that before immersion (P0.05). There was no significant difference between cobalt-chromium alloy and pure titanium (P0.05), NaCl concentration was 2.0% vs 0.9%, 3.0% vs 2.0%, the surface roughness of pure titanium had no statistical difference (P0.05). The rest were statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: 1 the corrosion resistance of three metals decreases with the increase of NaCl concentration. 2 in the same NaCl concentration of artificial saliva, the corrosion resistance of pure titanium is the best, cobalt chromium alloy is the second, and titanium alloy is the worst. (3) Titanium alloy should not be used in salty diet, pure titanium and cobalt-chromium alloy should be considered, and those with these three metal restorations in oral cavity are not suitable for long term salty diet.
