3种消毒方法对眼科检查用角膜接触镜的消毒效果比较

【摘要】：目的观察临床常用的3种消毒方法对眼科检查用角膜接触镜的消毒效果。方法选取眼科常见菌种:金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌,分别采用0.05%泡腾消毒片制剂(二氯异氰尿酸钠)、75%乙醇、氯霉素滴眼液对被以上细菌污染后的接触镜镜面进行消毒,并在擦拭消毒后立即、浸泡消毒后5 min及10 min后分别对镜面采样,行细菌培养,比较3种消毒方法在不同消毒时间对常见细菌的消毒效果。结果 3种消毒方法均可有效减少检查用接触镜上的细菌量,消毒效果与消毒时间正相关;0.05%泡腾消毒片制剂和75%酒精浸泡消毒10 min均能彻底杀灭所观察细菌,与氯霉素滴眼液比较,消毒效果差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。氯霉素滴眼液作用10 min不能彻底杀灭所观察细菌。结论 0.05%泡腾消毒片制剂浸泡10 min是一种简便高效的眼科检查用角膜接触镜消毒方法,而氯霉素滴眼液不能用于接触镜的消毒。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the disinfection effect of three common disinfection methods on corneal contact lens for ophthalmic examination. Methods Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were selected as common ophthalmic bacteria. 0.05% effervescent disinfectant tablets (sodium dichloroisocyanurate) and 75% ethanol were used respectively. Chloramphenicol eye drops were used to disinfect the contact lens surface contaminated by the above bacteria. Immediately after cleaning and disinfecting, 5 min and 10 min after soaking and disinfecting, the lens surface was sampled, and the bacteria were cultured. To compare the disinfection effect of three disinfection methods on common bacteria at different disinfection time. Results all the three disinfection methods were effective in reducing the amount of bacteria on the contact lens, and the disinfection effect was positively correlated with the disinfection time. 0. 05% effervescent disinfectant tablets and 75% alcohol soaking for 10 min could completely kill the bacteria observed. Compared with chloramphenicol eye drops, the disinfection effect was significantly different (P0.01). Chloramphenicol eye drops could not completely kill the bacteria observed after 10 min contact. Conclusion immersion of 0.05% effervescent disinfectant for 10 min is a simple and effective method for corneal contact lens disinfection in ophthalmic examination, but chloramphenicol eye drops cannot be used for contact lens disinfection.
