溶胶凝胶微纳米生物活性玻璃对恒河猴牙槽骨缺损的修复作用

【摘要】:目的建立较大面积牙槽骨缺损植入溶胶凝胶微纳米生物活性玻璃材料修复的恒河猴动物模型,探讨微纳米生物活性玻璃对牙槽骨缺损的修复作用。方法选成年雌性恒河猴4只,拔除恒河猴双侧下颌尖牙和第一、第二前磨牙区牙齿,去除牙槽间隔和颊侧至牙槽窝根尖部全部牙槽嵴,仅保留舌侧骨皮质,修整拔牙区牙槽骨。右侧为实验组植入溶胶凝胶微纳米生物活性玻璃材料,左侧不植入任何材料作为对照组,两侧拔牙区植入材料后骨膜覆盖防止材料流失。分别于4、8、12、16周行大体及X线片观察,大体观察牙槽骨局部生长情况,X线片观察牙槽骨缺损部位新骨形成情况。结果实验组大体观和X线片观可见明显的骨修复,新生骨与正常骨密度基本一致,植入材料完全降解吸收。对照组未见明显骨修复。结论溶胶凝胶微纳米生物活性活性玻璃具有良好的生物活性、生物可降解性,能促进牙槽骨修复,可以作为一种新的牙槽骨大面积缺损的修复材料。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish an animal model of rhesus monkey for restoration of alveolar bone defect with sol-gel microbioactive glass material and to investigate the effect of micro-nano bioactive glass on alveolar bone defect. Methods four adult female rhesus monkeys were selected and their bilateral mandibular canines and first and second premolars were extracted, all alveolar crest was removed from alveolar septum and buccal side to the root tip of alveolar fossa, only the lingual bone cortex was retained, and the alveolar bone in extraction area was repaired. On the right side, sol-gel microbioactive glass was implanted into the experimental group, and no material was implanted on the left side as the control group. The local growth of alveolar bone and the formation of new bone in alveolar bone defect were observed by X-ray film. Results the gross and X-ray view of the experimental group showed obvious bone repair, the new bone was basically consistent with the normal bone density, and the implant material was completely degraded and absorbed. No obvious bone repair was found in the control group. Conclusion Sol-gel microbioactive glass has good bioactivity, biodegradability and can promote alveolar bone repair. It can be used as a new repair material for large area defect of alveolar bone.
