全方位多轨迹的激光灸疗仪的研制

【摘要】:艾灸是一种物理和药理结合的中医疗法,也是传统中医疗法的重要组成部分。艾灸起源于中国古代,是利用由艾草制成的艾绒燃烧来治病养生的方法。艾灸疗法的应用范围十分广泛,用于内科、外科、妇科、儿科、五官科疾病等,尤其对乳腺炎、前列腺炎、颈椎病、糖尿病等有特效。 但是在传统的艾灸过程中,其治疗安全得不到保障,治疗过程复杂,劳动量大,治疗效率低,灸疗过程中产生的烟雾会污染环境等问题。因此,现代化的灸疗仪器的研制是非常必要的,也是今后医疗行业发展的必然趋势。 目前市场上的激光灸疗器械存在以下问题:艾灸治疗所依据的中医机理没有统一,激光照射强度的控制方法并不理想,灸疗仪器不能完全实现全自动施灸,存在激光安全问题等。为了解决上述问题,本课题研究了艾灸和激光灸的机理,并研制了二款新型的全方位多轨迹激光灸疗仪器,提出了大型激光针灸疗仪的设计思路。 本论文主要包括以下内容: (1)艾灸和激光灸疗的医学机理研究。艾灸是一个多因素作用的过程,其作用机理较为复杂,人们还没有形成统一的定论。本文首先测量了2种不同的常用艾条燃烧时光谱的波长,以此做参考来选择激光器的类型;再对艾条燃烧的空间温度场进行分析;进行了艾灸和激光灸疗的疗效实验研究;分别对激光照射离体组织和模拟活体组织的温度场研究。 (2)激光灸疗仪的设计。基于上述的实验研究,选取808nm半导体激光为光源,采用光纤输出,二次开发金橙子激光控制系统,设计振镜系统和多自由度的仪器机械结构,并开发温度反馈系统来保证治疗安全。 (3)小型化激光灸疗仪的设计。为了使仪器结构更简单、操作更方便、成本更低廉,本课题采用MSP430单片机作为控制芯片,设计了硬件、软件系统,开发新振镜系统,改进插补算法,并研制了小型样机。 (4)现代化大型高端的自寻经多光谱全自动激光针灸疗仪设计思路。为了提高激光灸疗仪的治疗功能、治疗效果和治疗效率,本文提出了激光针灸灸疗仪的全新设计思路,并开始搭建实验平台,已申报上海市科委重点项目。
[Abstract]:Moxibustion is a physical and pharmacological combination of traditional Chinese medicine therapy, but also an important part of traditional Chinese medicine therapy. Moxibustion originated in ancient China, is the use of wormwood burning made of moxa grass to cure the disease and health. Moxibustion is widely used in medicine, surgery, gynecology, paediatrics, facial diseases and so on, especially for mastitis, prostatitis, cervical spondylosis, diabetes and so on. However, in the traditional moxibustion process, its treatment safety is not guaranteed, the treatment process is complex, the amount of labor is large, the treatment efficiency is low, the smoke produced in the moxibustion treatment process will pollute the environment and so on. Therefore, the development of modern moxibustion equipment is very necessary, and it is also the inevitable trend of medical industry development in the future. At present, the laser moxibustion instruments on the market have the following problems: moxibustion treatment based on the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine is not unified, laser irradiation intensity control method is not ideal, moxibustion equipment can not be fully automatic moxibustion, There are laser safety problems and so on. In order to solve the above problems, this paper studies the mechanism of moxibustion and laser moxibustion, and develops two new all-round and multi-track laser moxibustion instruments, and puts forward the design idea of large-scale laser acupuncture and moxibustion instrument. This paper mainly includes the following contents: (1) study on the medical mechanism of moxibustion and laser moxibustion. Moxibustion is a multi-factor process, its mechanism is more complex, people have not yet formed a unified conclusion. In this paper, we first measured the spectral wavelengths of two kinds of commonly used moxa sticks when burning, and used them as reference to select the types of lasers, then analyzed the spatial temperature field of moxa bar combustion, carried out experimental research on the curative effect of moxibustion and laser moxibustion therapy, and studied the therapeutic effects of moxibustion and laser moxibustion therapy. The temperature field of in vitro tissue irradiated by laser and simulated tissue in vivo was studied. (2) the design of laser moxibustion instrument. Based on the above-mentioned experimental research, the 808nm semiconductor laser is selected as the light source, the optical fiber output is used, the golden orange laser control system is re-developed, and the vibration mirror system and the mechanical structure of the instrument with multiple degrees of freedom are designed. And develop a temperature feedback system to ensure the safety of treatment. (3) the design of miniaturized laser moxibustion instrument. In order to make the structure of the instrument simpler, the operation more convenient and the cost lower, the paper designs the hardware and software system, develops the new vibration mirror system, improves the interpolation algorithm, and develops a small prototype by using the single chip computer MSP430 as the control chip. (4) the design idea of modern large-scale and high-end self-seeking multi-spectral automatic laser acupuncture and moxibustion instrument. In order to improve the therapeutic function, therapeutic effect and therapeutic efficiency of laser acupuncture and moxibustion instrument, this paper puts forward a new design idea of laser acupuncture and moxibustion instrument, and begins to set up an experimental platform, which has been declared to the key project of Shanghai Science and Technology Committee.
