机械力及力学信号转导影响干细胞命运的研究进展
[Abstract]:As a kind of undifferentiated progenitor cells, stem cells have been widely used in tissue damage repair, regeneration and stem cell specific lineage differentiation. A large number of studies have shown that the microenvironment in which stem cells are located plays an important role in regulating the growth and differentiation of stem cells, and many kinds of solution media, extracellular matrix and signal pathway are involved in the regulation of stem cell fate. Although a large number of studies have shown that solution media (such as hormones and growth factors) play an important role in the growth and differentiation of stem cells, the more recent studies have shown that Mechanical and mechanical signal transduction also play an important role in the physiological processes of stem cells, such as self-renewal, differentiation, senescence and apoptosis. This article reviews the cellular basis of mechanical stress response, the self-renewal and differentiation of stem cells regulated by biomechanical and mechanical signals, and the possible mechanism of biomechanical regulation of stem cell fate.
